Basically, this is my first time go with chase bank. I been there in this morning for open the new account, they really busy and I have to make appointment at 2:00 with Louis who says hi to me when I first come. I come back at 12:00 because I have more time at 12:00 than 2:00 and James who is a nice guy and handsome helps me with that. James answered every single question from me. He really nice and kind to me. I hope next time I will have the service like that and work with friendly person like James. Thank you James. I will give you 5 stars for your service today.

People love to complain, which is probably why there are more 1-star reviews than any other. But honestly, I've never had an issue here, like I had with Wells Fargo. Been with Chase over a decade now, so they deserve a good rating for a change.

Terrible service on this bank. Especially, long hair female lady. No patience for customer. Wave hand tell you, everything can do online. I would recommend you visit Bank of America.

I will never have an account at Chase Bank. They have terrible customer service and really don't care about their customers.

not a fan of chase as a whole- but Hamzey, the business banker at this branch makes up for all of the shortcomings. He is always personable, extremely knowledgeable, remembers you, and helps you quickly and efficiently. You can tell he enjoys his job, and truly wants to help people and also be educational and informative. I would not do my business banking with another banker period.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I should get a job there, they get paid to do nothing. Every time I walk in there because Im under circumstances where I absolutely have to, I'm reminded every time why I don't have an account with them. Tried to cash a check that was given to me from their bank and got nothing but a run around, wasted my time sending me back to my bank only to tell me they can't even cash it all. The lady behind the desk acted like I was a burden on her time. I hope I don't have to go back any time soon.

Needed to exchange a bunch of change I saved for paper currency and the snotty lady told me they don't have a change machine. She acted as if it was a crazy idea that multi-billion dollar bank would ever have a coin counting machine available.... at a BANK. Every bank I've ever banked at had a coin counting machine because they are.... a bank.

I used to think paperless meant me giving up control, and Jamie an I may of got her name wrong showed me that paperless really means quick efficient service and me doing less writing on useless paper. Amazing great idea. This branch has always been one of my most favorite banking locations ever and all time best banking trip, yesterday. I can’t wait to come back and leave even quicker next time. I stop at many different Chase branches across Central Florida to do my banking. I happened to stop in with a friend who also needed to do her banking as well on this stop. In general I try to be very kind as I knowing workers are faced with much negativity these days. My counter service banking experience with the associate was one were a grown man who seemed like this was the last place he wanted to be and basically acted like a teen with attitude(eye rolling, impatient sighs etc) that was not warranted as I did not ask for anything more than a simple transaction.I sat outside the desk area (after my counter service) while waiting for my friend sitting with a manager type person and heard him take a strong condescending tone with her and talking down to her. She closed her account due to his inability to handle her needs that day and his treatment of her. This branch needs some help as this type of attitude seems to be not just a one worker issue but throughout the branch.
