Whoever that lady is that works at night around 10 pm has been consistently extremely rude and mean Everytime I've been there. The second anyone walks in she yells cash or card and points to the automated scanner thing then when I get to the counter she always double scans my stuff and tries to charge me for 2 of whatever I'm getting every single time. Idk how she still works there with that attitude. One time I came in I was the only one in the store and she was sitting at the counter and told me to wait a minute so she could finish her phone call....c'mon circle k get rid of her. Y'all are better

The price tags are always wrong here. When you get up to the register the prices are always different and more expensive. Looks like I might have to contact weights and measures about this.
The workers here are so lazy and always on their phone calls. Maybe have them fix the tags for once. I know it's hard and might require a tiny bit of effort but try it once.

220am and this young lady has ear buds in n couldn’t hear me. Clearly no one is worried about safety. But yet they keep the bathrooms closed at night. I just don’t understand why. Gotta be just sheer laziness!!

Do NOT use this gas station. I was shocked by the card reader on pump #16. Electric current - NOT static electricity! When I tried to report it to the manager, April, as a safety hazard, I was accused of "disrespecting" her. In addition, she told me I was "making it up" as part of a plot to make her life difficult. She would not block that pump as our of order or get a more qualified person to investigate. This could be dangerous to someone with a pacemaker or heart rhythm problems.

People are trying to buy your products and your solution is just to keep wrapping your line instead of hiring staff to attend to the line. I suggest you skip this store unless you have an extra 10 minutes to wait and align that doesn't need to be there. These types of stores are labeled as convenience stores as by the name they are typically convenient. This store is far from providing anything of that nature in terms of service value. Also, a helpful hint. Instead of replying to this message as management saying, we're here to help with a 1-800 number. Why don't you actually just correct the situation. Look at your reviews. Clearly something is not going right with this store.

Watched employee watch a man stuff his jacket stealing multiple items.
Then he buys cigarettes and papers.
This is one of the problems we need to eliminate.

Looks clean, but pumps do not work. Put in two different credit cards both times it printed a receipt but wouldn't actually let me pay for gas. Told me to see the person inside but that girl was busy flirting. Kept saying she'll be right there. There's plenty of other gas stations

pumps constantly shut off.....stores constantly closed for 30 minutes so employees can use the restroom?
Circle K terribly mismanaged & I'm canceling my circle k easy pay card.
traveled to 3 different locations & all the same. this location would not pick up the phone & kept putting fax machine on
I kept calling & calling until I made someone pick up the phone & same thing pumps are not working
get it together you're losing customers

While normally this is my go to gas station, as of late I will go out of my way to avoid it. They one counter clerk is so rude and inattentive. He will literally stare at a full line of customers, not even acknowledge or help anyone, and direct them to self check out. Then, if you're buying alcohol, forget about it and just leave. He will not come over to do the ID check, even if you ask him to. Easily the worst gas station clerk in the entire city.

I came in already with a bag of Takis in hand, went to grab a air head candy and a Red Bull and The lady in there questioned me after I paid and walking outside asking about “ what about the takis” I said I walked in with it and you can check your camera, she said “what’s the problem with me questioning you like I can’t ask you about a bag of takis” with bad attitude and I told her to check her cameras and then she can talk unbelievable I been going to this stor everyday for over 3 months, will be my last for sure

This place is always randomly closed and when they are open the workers are very unprofessional. They"ll be on FaceTime calls with friends or just yelling loudly and swearing in front of customers. Place has gone downhill
