Like most of the rest of you, I am surprised they are still open. There's never anyone in there, customer wise, and when you walk in most of the employees ignore you. The only time I go in there is to pick up lottery tickets if I am in the area. Publix is a much better option, they have 100 cars in the parking lot, Winn-Dixie will have 10 cars in the parking lot.

Solid store, very friendly and helpful employees. Clean and organized. Not quite as nice as the one a mile and a half north on 62nd Ave., but a solid second place for best Winn-Dixies. Their app needs work, they still have it opening in Chrome/Safari, and not self - contained. It's okay. In a boutique store and whole foods (AMZN)-dominated marketplace, Winn-Dixie has a real shot at providing the realistic prices that normal people need and deserve for foods and goods. Prices have gone up astronomically on everything and America is going through it. We need you, Winn-Dixie! Keep passing some more savings our way!

I found my other receipt! The big tall fat weak man! As well as all the other managers who have control over the labeling system can get fired! Definitely have corporate deal with this! The manager called me a lier and it was impossible that I have a reciept! I've been on food stamps for awhile. Sadly because of Covid! I've boughten chicken from many of stores plenty of times! For cold chicken man let's hope you never see me again! Make this place a gym!

One of the worst Winn-Dixies I've ever been in. The last time I went I waited in a huge checkout line, where only one register was open. There was a problem with the system, to where the customer service worker replied "i don't know". Extremely slow, not very clean, and service sucks. Winn Dixie needs to train their associates and pay them more if they want to survive as a company.

I would give 0 starts, if it was possible!Luring in customers with fake coupons and when you ask how it should have been done I get an attitude from that lady! I am not dealing with this! Never go there again!

The girls behind the counter never greet you with a smile. They always look like they're mad at you for being there.

How is this store still operating? Employees outnumber the customers but you cannot get decent service. Everything looks old and dirty and many of the products I picked up were sticky or gritty. Selection is abysmal unless your out for packaged liver or day old donuts. I've gone home twice now only to have to return to the store because items I paid for never made it into my cart. Hopefully another chain picks up this incredible location.

This store has a great location and I like the size of this store, but that's where it ends. It has one of the worst bakeries around they could do a lot better. Nothing is ever consistent. Baked goods aren't fresh. The store is junky over all. Staff is totally clueless as to where anything is. The cashiers are absolutely the worst ever! They don't care about their job, don't make eye contact don't smile, don't say hello. Forget about getting your groceries bagged in any caring manner whatsoever. Management is non existent as well. Avoid at all costs. I don't care if it's buy one get one free it's not worth it.

I honestly don't know how this stores stays afloat. I went there Monday night and the employees were like zombies didn't know where anything in the store. S*** I asked three different people for different items and they were all completely clueless. The prices are ridiculous and the stores is a mess. Love my Publix and Trader Joe's but this one was right down the street from me. Next time I'll drive the next few streets.

Veggies are cheaper here then Publix. Smaller store but less crowds. Always pleasant staff.

This location has been three different super markets. It is semi busy all day long. They have a bell to ring for good customer service and you can hear it going off all day, and each ring all of the associates applaud. Great selection of foods from fresh fruits to a fresh bakery section, to a fully stocked meat department. Lots of local items are sold here as well. Things like local craft beers to small mom and pop items. Been going to this location for over 20 years and it has never let me down yet.

its a pretty typical chain grocery store. It's close to the neighborhoods AND they play really great 1990s pop music while you shop. They also have a Bell that customers can ring on their way out it they feel they received good service

NOT SAFE AT NIGHT. There's lighting in the parking lot but most of them are blocked by the trees. Tonight we watched a guy who was loitering in the parking lot and who looked like he's looking for people to accost or soliciting people in the parking lot. There was an old lady who came out of the store with a cart half full of grocery, and I sensed he was watching her so we stayed in the parking lot until she finished loading the grocery into the trunk of her car before we headed into the store. There's not a lot of traffic in the parking lot, and there's no other businesses around so if something was to happen, it would had gone on unnoticed for awhile. When we headed out, we thought the guy left but then we saw walked across the parking lot to the dark gas station next door. There were two vehicles parked there. A few seconds after he disappeared into the dark, one of the vehicles started and left there. HIGHER PRICES. I have been comparing prices, and this Winn-Dixie's prices, for the most part, are higher than Publix. I'm under the impression that the place is not catering to the folks who live on the other side of 4th. They do not carry higher end stuff. However, the prices are higher even for the low end stuff. When it was Sweet Bay, some prices are a few pennies lower than Publix's. That doesn't seem to be the case here. The only organic butter that they carry is their own brand. The only butter (cream & salt/sugar) is Land O' Lake. The organic eggs are about $2-$3 more than even Fresh Market on 4th. I'm not sure what Winn-Dixie's intention is with this store but it doesn't seem to include gaining customers and increasing sales. I was there opening day. A gentleman was wakling past a table stationed right inside the sliding glass door where the Redbox is. The guy standing next to the table was pitching the Winn-Dixie customer loyalty card. The gentleman asked him, do you work here? He said yes. The gentleman said something to the effect that he didn't get good service at the Deli section and that the prices are higher. After the gentleman walked out, the lady behind him said, I agree with him, the prices are higher here. She said something else, and the guy said, sorry, I don't work here/for Winn-Dixie. I was there browsing the Redbox videos. Stunned. I thought, oh, boy. Hopefully, someone in management at Winn-Dixie see this review and straighten everything out. However, I doubt it as I had been to the Winn-Dixie on 34th ST N & 22nd AV N years ago. If Winn-Dixie management cares, that place wouldn't look like that. I wonder how their stocks are doing.
