Would be nice for them to update hours on Google, as every cosmoprof locations I've been too and back home in Vero are open 12-4 however this one isn't drove all across town 20-30 mins just to have locked doors.

Their employees should know a little something about the products. There was a girl with orange hair and I asked her about some smoothing creams. She literally knew nothing and couldn’t recommend any brands.The employee only knew the location of the brands in the store, NOTHING about the products themselves.

The girls here are always nice and helpful. I am always in and out of that store. However last time I was in it had a terrible smell like something died in there but always great when it comes to products.

What a nasty b Carey I spoke with when I came in..This was my very 1st time in the store & and told the lady at the front..Noone asked to help or said anything about being a liscenced cosmetologist until I started asking questions she didn't feel like answering!! Then the sign that's says something about this is low on the door so if you're not looking you will miss..I'm a blogger and critic of restaurant/ stores..Treat everyone with professional and courtesy behavior or get tf out the business

Walked in trying to get hair dye and the lady at the front desk sighed and rolled her eyes at me before I could even ask anything. She then informed me that she cannot help me unless I'm a licensed professional and told me to go to Sally's. Okay fine, so I walked around and just grabbed some shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and when I got to the register she rolled her eyes again and tells me she can't sell me anything. Well that would have been nice to know at first before I wasted time walking around. Horrible customer service.
