This Evening My Phone Started Acting Up I’m Just Visting down Here in St Petersburg Fla until 3/2 Well I Went to A Next Door Phone Repair Service Next To Cricket And the Salesmen Acted Very Ugly & Walked Out I Walked Next Door to Cricket Ms Yohen Was Just Sitting at Her Station She Listened to Me about What was Wrong She was Given My Phone & In No Time My Service Was Back Up Yes Cricket is the Best Service My Carrier was Closed But Cricket Stepped Up for this Pensacola Fla Native

I was just waiting outside and started talking to Miss.T and she definitely has our family switching from Tmobile/metro to CricketThanks for all your info and honesty a very knowledgeable employee we will see ya next week .I would recommend everyone switch it's better deals for less money and new cell A+ MISS.T

Some staff here are untrustworthy. Was sold a phone case that didn't even fit. Was wondering why he didn't put it on. Wasn't even the case for my phone. Wasn't able to return the case because of their dumb policy. Why can't we return phone cases?! Nothing wrong with the phone case I tried to return. The box wasn't even ripped. On top of that some fool put the wrong name on MY account. I don't even know anyone named JOHNNY! I also don't think they know how to enroll people in Auto pay from the store because when they do it there it doesn't work. I had to do it through the app for cricket. Phone service is great tho. Customer service is BUNS.
