I was just waiting outside and started talking to Miss.T and she definitely has our family switching from Tmobile/metro to CricketThanks for all your info and honesty a very knowledgeable employee we will see ya next week .I would recommend everyone switch it's better deals for less money and new cell A+ MISS.T

Some staff here are untrustworthy. Was sold a phone case that didn't even fit. Was wondering why he didn't put it on. Wasn't even the case for my phone. Wasn't able to return the case because of their dumb policy. Why can't we return phone cases?! Nothing wrong with the phone case I tried to return. The box wasn't even ripped. On top of that some fool put the wrong name on MY account. I don't even know anyone named JOHNNY! I also don't think they know how to enroll people in Auto pay from the store because when they do it there it doesn't work. I had to do it through the app for cricket. Phone service is great tho. Customer service is BUNS.

It was a pleasure to have Kristen (sp?) help me with my two problems, seamlessly and painlessly. I was also impressed how professional she was with the customer before me, calm, knew all the answers to something that seemed really complicated. Her pleasent personality made me feel my day was going to be okay after all. Cricket is lucky to have such an employee.

I add a new line to my account and the lady that work in this location add me the protection plan for the phone without my permission!!I notice a change on the monthly amountand i call and they tell me !!It’s unacceptable!! She ask me about itvand i said that I don’t want it!I used to love another location but it’s closed now!!Cricket need to have better employees!!

They were very helpful with the problem I had. Evan though I wound up having to get a new phone because mine was not 5G it didn't work on the network anymore. They gave me a new case, screen protector, and memory card.

Unfortunately this location was swamped with customers & short_staffed today. The love worked 'Greg' however was FANTASTIC & miraculously got my 'locked' new phone 'freed' & allowed me to again use this device.GREAT customer service employee - the BEST!!
