Mary is a A+ times10 She is every helpful especially because I am blind and she is so understanding and takes her time to help customers understand everything about a phone and make it where I can understand and see it. She really cares about her customers and people.

The staff is nice, however do not work here if you have a name you go by that isn't your legal name, mostly if you're LGBTQ+. Despite me saying I would prefer to go by Nicholas (Not my legal name) I was told that I couldn't go by it, and even in casual conversation I was referred to as my dead name (a name i no longer use) many many times, and even addressed as such, even though i was told I was able to use a preferred name in the interview, as well as the application.

Mary went way above and beyond. She gave me cell phone 101.made sure I knew how to use my phone and I knew about everything cricket has to offer.mary also helped me set up my libre2 my sugar has been out of control because another cricket sold me a phone that wasn't compatible with the libre2.i would get her 10 stars if it was available.

This was one of the worst customer services I've had in years with this place. The guy "helping" me was very rude and out of pocket, if I could give a 0 star I 100% would. Dont ever call yourselves professionals
