After paying for a full month and moving out of a clean unit I was not prorated. I understand Florida law does not require it, however other cubesmart facilities have in the past prorated upon move out. The representative I worked with repeatedly tried to explain that no storage facility prorates upon move out, effectively calling me a liar. Repeated rent hikes drove us out but bad business practices will ensure we don't return.

Had a really great experience with CubeSmart! The people on the phone were great, and the people on site have been amazing! Feel like this is the best deal for storing my motorcycle in the area. Highly recommend Cue smart to anyone looking for a storage unit!

ALWAYS takes care of me and my concerns. I have been renting storage there for several years. Through unfortunate fire on site and banking errors, she is absolutely professional and geared toward solving challenges. I recently rented my third space from her. Couldn't be happier. Office staff is professional.

This storage place has got to be the absolute worst I would give them negative stars if I could! I obtained a storage unit Friday and by Saturday had a termination of lease letter taped to the unit ( so what if my crazy ex husband was still alive and able to hurt me, he would know where I would be since they posted it on the outside of the unit with my full name? pretty sure Casa with have a field day with that one! Luckily he's not around and my current hubby would never let anything happen to me anyways but it's a horrible unsafe practice take it for someone who lives it!) bigger issue is you had no problem taking my money for admin fees and locks and whatever else sixty something dollars after the first month free, and you can't use the lock you already have even more insane to me! I'm assuming someone monitors the Google reviews and will be more than happy to give me a full refund since you told me to be out 24 hours after I rented the unit which I emptied right away thank God for the good people at extra space on 22nd Ave N in St Petersburg who where more than happy to help and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a space.

Gave me an eviction for staying after 10.. They only .gave me 11 days to move everything or the keep it an charge.me. hired a few guys an A truck on my one day off. They locked my code out,put another lock on my unit,not allowing me to get my tools. (They cut the lights also) They definitely have done this before. Seem like up to no good. Seen alot of people unit getting notice as they are full and now want me to pay double for half the size.... taking advantage of people in tuff spots is just bad. Thanks God I have the means to get my tools. MAY HAVE LOST EVERYTHING. . MANY OTHER OPTIONS. .. BEEN SCAMMED BY THESE TWO, Contact me . THEY HAVE already FILED ALREADY!!! We are all God's people. Just spay before u put stuff in. I didn't have issue with roaches or RATS!! Pics for proof

This place is infested with roaches and not the big ones a bunch of nasty little roaches and bed bugs please be aware of storing anything here!!!!!!! Very disgusting and customer service was very lackluster… horrible

They were very helpful in getting me a unit immediately. All done over the phone and on-line. Very clean unit and they even provided a lock for me within the unit. Very efficient and they know what they're doing.
