I had a horrible customer service experience at this location tonight. I went in to process a bill payment and the manager told me she couldn't help me because "their system was down", "everything was shut off" and she had "no way to make the deposit" (yet the store is open until 1:30 a.m. ?). Needing to get my payment in before morning, I had to travel all the way to the CVS on 3rd Ave./3rd St. S. whose manager never heard of such a thing and processed my payment successfully.

It's a nice Lazy Sunday thanks to the incredible management and staff at this CVS! I was already being helped by some very patient staff in the store. Then I rounded the corner and found out that these incredible lounge chairs and beach chairs were having a ridiculously low sale price.This was after I got my ankle support for my injured ankle. Now I'm laying on my patio on my new lounge chair that I got on super sale, keep your foot elevated the doctor said.I never imagined it would be so comfortable doing so. Every single staff member at this CVS store made my entire shopping experience memorable. I told them I was going to come back and just hang out there with them LOLThank you everyone at CVS Sunshine Skyway location ✨️#anklesupport and #loungechair both purchased at #CVS

I went through the drive through to pick up my scripts and the guy who was at the window said I only had two. I didn't think this was correct but I didn't have my phone with me to check the app. While I was there, I tried to get my existing metformin prescription refilled and he told me he wouldn't have time (after interrupting me), that they were closing for lunch and that he had to take care of the other two cars. I asked him if he was sure, and he said yes so I drove away.\ I just discovered that I also had another script waiting for me there that he managed to avoid giving to me. When I go after work, I have to wait in line for 20-30 minutes. When I go during my lunch, there's no time to help me so the employees can go to lunch and there's never been a successful way to have them shipped. I'm on the cusp of taking my scripts, including the specialty script I have, to a more capable pharmacy. It's always a cluster with this one. I needed to talk to someone because I'm allergic to some brands of one of my meds and they keep selling me the ones that make me sick, no matter how many times I've been told that it won't happen again. It's time to do better.

Way too many pharmacy personnel and way too long wait, 27 hours for this script, and still waiting, they must not need the business. There is a lot more pharmacies for us to take our business to, than to put up with this lousy customer service.

Absolutely brutal. They said it would be 15 minutes to fill my medication. 45 minutes later they said they were out. Then they spent half an hour verifying if they are actually out. 1.5 hours later I’m still at CVS after spending all morning in the hospital

CVS is a wonderful pharmacy to have your medicine filled.they call you when you pick it up!! I like if you forget you get a reminder call or text letting you know how long you have before it’s put back!!

Allow for automatic home delivery. Every month I have to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to ask for you to deliver my prescription. It is a HUGE hassle and I am changing my pharmacy because of it.

The pharmacist are very racist at the pharmacy would not fill my prescriptions because they didn’t feel comfortable and been receiving for almost 2years wasn’t very please with their service though we were all equal but I guess not my skin color played a major role in this situation NEED SOME ANSWERS!!!

Very friendly customer service. I've been going to this same cvs for almost 8 years now. I moved to tampa about 2 years ago and I still drive all the way out to this cvs because of the amazing employees at this location.
