This is by far the WORST pharmacy in Pinellas. Over the last 7 years we have yet to see repeat employees in the pharmacy specifically. It is an absolute nightmare to fill prescriptions here. I would avoid at all costs. Most of the staff (despite it constantly changing) seems to hate their jobs and dealing with customers. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

I don't know what's going with this rude stank azz girl in drive thru. I just got out the hospital & went to pick up my meds & there was one car there, waited for 25mins & when I pulled up. This bih was coming slick out the mouth on the intercom. I'm already in pain & not feeling well. And this is how I'm treated. It took everything in not to go inside & knock her weave loose. Man, y'all better get rid of that monster.

Customer service . I was at your location at 2200 34th st n on 8/31/23 i have always gone to this location and have always been greeted and helped in a timely matter. Today it was horrible and the rep was not Friendly at all she did not say good evening and didnt even come to the window she used the mic from a differnt location and asked my birthday and name it was long wait to the point where i ranged the bell to ask if i need to come in as no one was responding after so long at that point is when she came to the mic with an attitude and said i could come in if i like and that she was looking for my medicine it wasn't what she said it was how she said it 5min later another lady came over and gave me my medicine and i asked her what was the other ladies name and she asked me was there an issue because she was the manager and i declined to speak to her I told her i just want the ladies name she paused and said Trish which was hard for me to believe because of the way she told me and the name on my receipt has Clarissa i plan on writing to your corporate department because this is unacceptable .

Not the best location for UPS Access Point for pickup packages. Both employees and night shift manager, I believe her name is Ashley lack customer service skills. You might as well let your customers pull the packages from the shelves themselves if you can't take the time to search thoroughly within your front desk walk ways. I didn't even get an apology when I called them out and pointed towards a package standing by itself. Horrible but have no choice since location is on my neighborhood. It will be a continuous teeth and nail situation until they (CVS) and UPS can communicate and implement a better tracking process for this.

I wish there was a less than one star option. This pharmacy has lost one of my prescriptions, told me my doctor doesn't have an active license and they couldn't refill one (she certainly is an active MD), and when I had bronchitis said they couldn't get my insurance to cover the RX inhaler at that time and to come back in 7 days. Going to this pharmacy is like the twilight zone wrapped in a Stephen king novel of indifference, neglect and ignorance.The store itself is fine but lord help you if you need any vital medication refills, please consider Walgreens.

CVS is now my pharmacy of choice. I have used other pharmacies in the Tampa Bay area and found them all wanting improvement. CVS does not seem to have this problem. They are clean and organized.

Anytime my doctor prescribes me medication, I always choose CVS on 2200 34th st. N because everyone in the store is helpful and friendly. If I have any questions regarding my medications, I always ask Rachhanil Thong who is a pharmacist. She listens to my concerns and care about my needs. Thank you so much for CVS team. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.
