Very rude pharmacy manager and poor customer service. I have been a longtime customer of CVS pharmacy and never dealt with such unprofessionalism.

I'm terribly sick with something-- Flu? Covid? RSV? I'd like to find out asap so I can treat it. Used this drive thru minute clinic to get some tests performed. They NEVER gave me results. After I called numerous times, got automated systems, got cut off, got put on endless holds, some kind person finally told me the test was compromised and I'd have to repeat it. 1) Why didn't CVS call me? 2) you leave the minute clinic with zero paperwork so if you have issues, you don't even know whom to call.Time was of the essence in my case and I missed the opportunity to take the preventative rx. I ended up going to Walgreens.

I went to CVS Sunday July 24th for a drive thru Covid. Test. Easy process results in 1-3 days. I will update, so far very east.

A big thank you to the pharmacy team particularly Husam Kassem for helping me get some diabetes pills until my mail shipment came in. He truly cares about his customers and I am so appreciative!!

I needed aspirin and they have an offer: buy two, you get half off the second. The counter person asks me if I have s loyalty card. I do not. It rings up with no discount. I ask her how to get a card. She won't offer one. She looks at me with the stupidity of 1000 neutered goats. I tell her to Cancel the sale. This requires a manager who takes five minutes to arrive. How do you expect " loyalty" when you treat customers thusly? I left never to return.
