This pharmacy has gone down hill in the last couple of years. I've been shopping here for 20 years but I won't be coming back. They don't answer the phone, they never have your medicine and it's painfully clear they are overwhelmed by the job.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy has always been an issue for me. Recently, we had back and forth over one of my son’s meds and it not being in stock. They told me when it would come in and I waited. They never called me to say it didn’t come in and refused to call me back when I tried to follow up. I received a call back days later and the pharmacist was insanely rude to me and spoke to me and my husband like we were incompetent. He told me we could transfer our meds if we were unhappy but unfortunately they take our insurance and are the closest location. A week later my other child needed his antibiotics filled and they filled it, but they failed to even mix the antibiotics and only gave me bottles of powder. I had to drive to another pharmacy late at night to have it mixed for me. Now it’s a week later and my other son is sick and the hospital called in meds. I checked the app after time had passed to see the status and it said the meds were on hold. I called to see why they were on hold and the pharmacist said he wouldn’t be filling meds for “x” kid. I asked why he would fill for one and not the other and he said he just won’t fill them. I called another location to try and have them transferred and this location only transferred one of his meds and not the rest. Now I’m scrambling on a Sunday trying to figure out how to get my sick 6 year old meds filled before all of the pharmacies close while my child suffers. The amount of times I’ve been given the wrong dosage and amounts from this pharmacy and now them blatantly refusing to fill meds for only one of my children is absolutely ridiculous and discriminatory. I truly hope this location just closes because they’re more trouble than they have ever been helpful and this pharmacist deserves to lose his license.

Absolutely abysmal pharmacy, if you like to waste your life waiting for your prescription that is already there, and all they need to do is take payment and give it to you, go here, they take an eternity to do the basics smh

I sat at the pharmacy pickup inside the store patiently for 10 minutes while they talked about their personal life and made comments like "wow he's been waiting for awhile" like they are trying to see who will ring me up. Real disrespectful. I will take my business elsewhere and hopefully management is onto this.

I don't even need to be present at the store to receive terrible customer service. Literally called this store to find out if my grandmother's rx was at this store and accidentally pressed the wrong dial that transferred me to the front desk instead of the pharmacy. Let me tell ya, the lady on the other line literally screamed at me for a good minute for mistakingly pressing the wrong dial instead of politely transferring me to the pharmacy. I already don't shop at CVS's and I'm once again reminded why I don't anymore.

I was shopping in this store at least once a week for about 4 years. One day while picking up our prescriptions I got a $4 off coupon for hair conditioner with my reciept. So I went to the shampoo isle to pick out my conditioner. As I was walking down the isle a lady that worked there (somebody I have never seen before) was running down the isle after me while repeatedly loudly saying : mam, mam, mam, I need to take your bag. You can't shop with a bag mam I need to hold your bag behind the counter (referring to my prescriptions), you can get it when you leave. How embarrasing! Other customers were looking at me (like they thought I was stealing!) I was horrified. She took my bags and I picked out my conditioner as I practiced keeping myself composed. When I checked out, she picked my prescription bags up off the floor and placed on the counter shoved off to the side abd rushed me to move along and have a nice day. I pulled my bag back on the center of the counter to open it to check my prescriptions. She was saying that she needs the counter space to ring up the next people in line and was rushing me along and asking what I was doing. Obviously Lady I was checking to make sure all my prescriptions were there and unopened at that! I still haven't switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy yet. So I had to go in there the other day. Uggh! That lady was there standing behind the counter. Probably telling herself that I came in to steal something. Ridiculous. I probably spend over $7,000 a year there in toiletries alone.
