Came here to print out a few photographs. Two people tried to assist me (and they were nice), but could not print them. None of their two Kodak machines have working USB slots and their other computer 'is not built to read USB drives'. Also, to email them photos was not an option either. WHY???

Usually I come here sometimes to stop by and get items off the sales floor, but I’m usually not here frequently. For starters, there are no employees present here at all, and when there are it’s always someone with an attitude. Secondly, sometimes there’s nothing ever really stocked on shelves, shelves aren’t regularly cleaned, and neither are the fridges. The fridge always has some smell to it lately (which is bad). Thirdly, please check expiration dates on food items or any product before buying them because I noticed a lot of items that are on the shelves have already expired or have gone bad before they expired. Also, be aware of bad/ spoiled products, again, there’s usually no employee in the store that are going to check expiration dates or anything so please buy at your own risk.

This pharmacy is the absolute definition of incompetent. I use cerebral which is a provider service over video chat, mind you 100% legal and they denied me my controlled substance because it's not an in person script. The pharmacist had the audacity to tell me "there's plenty of local In-person physicians" Yeah not all of us have great insurance benefits like you do you privileged fuck.

Have had good experiences except for the last. Text me that a script is ready and when we go to pick up the pharmacy is closed. Text came in at 645 pm and they close at 6 on weekends. I don’t plan on going back. Terrible customer service to do that to people who need their prescriptions.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door although there was a unusually long line. I ordered same day holiday cards that were suppose to be prepared by 4:07pm. I arrived around 5:20, waited in the long line to be told they were no where to be found. The clerk did something on the computer and told me it would be awhile so I decided to browse. After quit sometime I went back to the counter to wait some more. Eventually the clerk got some assistance and I was informed that the machine was down to come back the next day. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to have a call as these were holiday photos and I waited until the last minute to print (why I did same day). I had to go online and make the cards again and order from a different cvs but at this point it was too late for same day pick up. I Do not recommend for photo printing or if your in a hurry because it's always extremely busy.

The pharmacy staff is incompetent. I brought them a hard copy Rx with a refill on it. I had my doctor write a hard copy specifically, because of the schedule the medication is on, knowing that otherwise we'd be doing a crazy 'phone dance' for a week before it got filled. I called to get the refill, and the woman in the pharmacy said there was no hard copy Rx there for me. When I asked what happened to it? I got the song and dance of "Ma'am... our pharmacy personnel are all licensed professionals... if you brought in a hard copy prescription, it would be in your file..." Well, it's NOT. Now what? I understand that mistakes are made from time to time - we ALL make mistakes. But don't try to make the customer feel like they are insane or lying to cover your buns. I'm only visiting Saint Pete for a little while and won't need to interact with this CVS much longer. Thank Goodness my CVS at home has it together. This one does not. I realize that it is difficult for a chain to be 100% consistent all across the country, but it shouldn't be this hard. CVS/66th Saint Pete is saying 'I need to contact my CVS in California...' and my CVS in California tells me 'That CVS just needs to call us to transfer the prescription...' It feels like this CVS in Saint Pete just doesn't want to do the work that they're supposed to do. At any rate, the woman I spoke to was completely unable to take any responsibility for losing my prescription, and kept trying to put it back on me. When I pressed a little about 'So, where is my hard copy?' she got rude, because she could not admit that they lost it. Again, sh*t happens, but this crew definitely needs some customer service training. My advice: if you have a Costco membership, have your prescriptions filled at the store in Clearwater while you're visiting Saint Pete. They get it right every time, and are nice about it.

I don't know if the pharmacists changed because this pharmacy used to be great. I got a text saying my scrip was ready so I went in to get it. He said they needed to fill it. I told him I just got a text saying it was ready. The pharmacist in the back said, "Well, she has to wait." Okay...so I walked around. Then I sat in front of the pharmacy for a half an hour. The pharmacist looked at me 3 times. Finally, I just left. Then I get in my car and I got a text saying it was ready at 3:05!! It was now 3:35!! Never once did they call me on the intercom or call me up there. I was literally sitting next to the blood pressure machine. I've never had a problem there until now. Ridiculous.

Customer service here is terrible!!!!!!!!! My father had medication sent here from Navarro health script in Miami on friday which is owned and operated by cvs, ; Someone from this location called us on monday and said they rcvd it and it was ready to be picked up. Tuesday he goes and we have to argue with the tech because she checks their system and insists the med was picked up in miami on fri which is impossible. I insisted that they had it because someone from their pharmacy had called and left a msg. I rechecked my voicemail and called back again and spoke to the pharmacist this time who again only checked the computer and nothing else. These ppl are so lazy all they did was check their system...which said that "someone picked up the medicine on friday"... never once did they offer to check their actual stock or mail/packages or actually listen to what I told them. The pharmacist told me to call the place back in Miami which I did and the Miami Navarro ppl had to called them. Finally a third person (another tech I assume) calls me back and said they located the medicine "after looking everywhere" for it and apologized. Operations-wise the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this location and nobody really wants to go out of their way....even the pharmacist who is supposed to be running the office. DO NOT EVER GO HERE
