Three employees and manager wouldn't help a Spanish speaking customer find something (whi had a photo) so i helped. Then manager didn't give him a receipt. Just put in more self check outs and robots if people cant do anything. The pharmacist is the only good employee here.

CVS is horrible. They fill rx wrong. Always make me wait long times in line while they make corrections. They always try to increase costs. Their website and app order systems do not work. They text things that are wrong and don't make sense. They do not let me communicate by responding to their texts or through the site. They make it so hard to get well amd they exasperate my medical issue

This is my local CVS in downtown St. Pete Florida. I grew up in NC but spent 28 years in NYC until moving to St Pete 2 years ago. Including all of these majorly busy CVS locations in NYC, the 301 3rd St S location is far and away the crappiest experience I've had and I've now given this 2 years to give them time to work though their issues. Just a minute ago I entered the store at 1150pm and the staff let me know they had closed the register at 1149pm. Store closes at 12. 11 mins early. This is their policy. I needed a scanner so couldn't go through the quick check out. The 3 employees seem friendly but the culture here is definitely pretty lax on hours of operation. They suggested I head up to another location a mile away even though I was standing in the store still at 1153...still 7 mins. The young lady asked if they could cut one back on for me but the night manager said no we are done. I was on a bike. I'm 56. It's cold. I go in and patronize the store 3 times every day. This is a culture from the top. Next issue. Pharmacy at this location has a policy at least for the last year to actually never pick up the phone for customers/patients for refills. It's clearly not that simple that u won't occasionally need some guidance from a pharmacist. My primary care physician figured this out recently and was completely shocked. I guess I could understand the lunch hour but one of the pharmacists told me that was the new local policy. This store manager wins prize for hands down last place

Have been calling for 20 minutes no one is picking up the phone. Then when he did pick up the phone was making noise so he instantly hung up in my face. I was trying to explain to them about an order I already picked up no one seemed to put in the system as picked up. I keep getting messages to come pick up an order I already got. It's ok though I'll take the refund since no one wants to pick up the phone. Not my fault at all.

Woman that checked me out at the pharmacy was VERY VERY RUDE. I said thank you to her four times, and she said nothing in return. I said as a rule most people say you’re welcome, and she gave me a thumbs up. Horrible horrible service.

I love my CVS, I get my prescriptions there and I have them delivered when they're ready. Also their rewards program is amazing too! I had about $16.00 dollars.in the rewards and when I did my purchase today all I had to pay was $0.14 cents
