Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist, Courtney seemed so pleasant on the phone. Then when I came in to see if my prescription was filled yet, she barely made eye contact with me and held up a stack of prescriptions and waved them at me and said, "well, hopefully I'll get to it tonight" as if I'm being a nuisance. I'm leaving for a trip tonight and now I'm leaving without my prescription that was sent in yesterday. I also called this morning at 10am and "Dr" Courtney said it would be filled today. It's now 6pm and still nothing. I even waited around for a while in hopes she might be able to help me. I asked if she had a time estimate and she just kept saying hopefully she would get to it tonight. Hopefully she will learn to treat others with more kindness but I'll never know because I will never go back to that pharmacy. Sorry for asking you to kindly to do your job.

Slow. Came to pick up meds post-op and had to wait over 2 hours for pain meds to be filled, even though prescription was called in before the procedure started. Employees forced to work through lunch to keep up. There’s clearly an issue with this CVS. I probably would use a different, faster pharmacy.

I have been coming to this CVS for years. It is one of the few stores in this area open 24 hours. The night crew, Ajanae and Lyric are great. They are always friendly and start a conversation. The snack food prices are cheaper than the prices at work. I have never had a negative experience here.

i’m usually not picky however this pharmacy needs improvement. i consistently wait 10+ minutes per person to get my prescription

Terrible pharmacy. I left 2 voicemails requesting a replacement Rx only to be ignored. Had to take time off from work to call on the prescriber line to talk to an actual person and request it. I work for a Dr’s office and waiting 5 days for a replacement RX for a badly needed medication is absurd. I’ll be taking my business to a smaller pharmacy that can handle prescriptions in a timely manner.

Well lets see...got to the pharmacy and was unable to pick up my prescriptions because...the pharmacist Maureen King RPH apparently enforces her own policies; "I do not take prescription discounts at MY store" these were own words as she blatantly REFUSED to use GoodRX discount while stating that GoodRX is not allowed on controlled medications. As a representative of CVS you should know store policy or is that too much to ask nowadays?! The incompetence exhibited today isnt even surprising anymore. If people stayed in their lane and just did their damn jobs instead of trying to instill their own policies we would live in a much more functional world. Why do I have to have issues trying to get my medication at a pharmacy I have been established at for YEARS. Yes YEARS! I will be contacting corporate because apparently pharmacists are under the impression they do what they want and not adhere to policies.

This has got to be the worst run cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Prescriptions not ready that were called in 8 hours prior. No sense of urgency with any of the employees.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for over 15 years. It’s in decline. I can’t blame the service staff but the customer policies has taken a nose dive. I noticed today the entrance was covered in litter and unkept and times a homeless hangout. I’m transferring all my prescriptions out ASAP.

The lock on one of the men's bathroom stalls is installed backwards and does not lock. The one stall that locks correctly was out of toilet paper. There was no hand soap left in any of the dispensers in the bathroom. I purchased one of the two items I came for but they were out of the other, even though the website labeled the item as In Stock.

One of the worst CVS stores I have ever visited. The store clearly has a bias against people of color. This is the closet location that has makeup for black women and of course when you walk over to the makeup section, an automated voice letting you know that 'staff is alerted of your presence' comes on multiple times. Who wants to shop in an environment where they think you are going to steal?Not to mention, a male staff walked directly behind me sweeping the floor. He didn't say a word. He came up behind me twice smelling like pure body odor.I'll never shop at this location again.

CVS pharmacy refuses to take calls from customers, its a new policy from corporate, you have to leave a voicemail, they never call back. Doctors office can't get thru either. Many people are very upset, changing pharmacy.

It is super annoying that this CVS pharmacy closes in the middle of the day for an hour for lunch. For most of us that’s when we can actually go to CVS to pick up our prescriptions that they have texted us 85 times about and then you get there only to realize they’re closed. Why can’t pharmacists take lunches in shifts like the rest of us? No other businesses shut down in the middle of the day.
