They never return calls. I've had to call them numerous times and leave voicemails over the span of two weeks for medication that i need and i had no response until i contacted corporate. The staff is always rude as well.

Will not pick up phone to transfer my mom's prescriptions. Me and her new pharmacist been calling daily for a week now. My mom lives in a different county now and needs her pills! CVS is the worst!

I mean the employees were nice but this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They forgot to include the syringe to my kids medication. The one I got after still did not accuratley dose since the lowest was 2.5 mg and I needed 2. Didn't realize this until I drew meds so it was too late but atleast it worked. The medication counseling i got for the inhaler chamber was "read the directions". I did, but after trying to explain the directions and that there shouldn't be a sound but I was getting the whistle. I just didn't have the energy to keep explaining and arguing. Hopefully I don't mess up estimating her meds and using the air chamber wrong. Despite their duty to provide medication counseling I am outraged I am now having to go to another pharmacy for better information and accurate dosing tools. They suggested waiting to give my kids meds (which was why the doctor sent us to that pharmacy- so we didn't have to wait). They also suggested I use kitchen tools to guess the ML- I am disgusted at this suggestion since kitchen tools are inaccurate. How is reccomending kitchen tools to measure medications not a liability!!?! Even some bakers won't rely on these measurments. Further more this is a sick child, not a guessing game.This was just the Icing on the cake too. I had issues with my insurance and there were issues with a few medications and how both tue doctor and pharmacist put them in for processing. One was not in stock, the other needed a different brand.. Despite asking if I needed to call them this was not asked if me until a half hour later after watching her go back and forth on the screen between me and other customers. We thought they were filling the medication as we were getting everything figured out- they were not. We were in there an hour and 20 minutes total. If we started with the phone call from the start that time would have been in half. I'm happy I asked them about the price before I walked away and waited for the 20 minutes to fill it or it could have taken even longer. These people seemed so frustrated and exhausted that they could not even think straight. I feel bad for what they have to endure on a daily basis. Clearly they need more help in the pharmacy so they can start taking there time and not make so many mistakes. Making them go so fast makes them mess up. You would think that if you went to a pharmacy an hour and a half before work that you would have enough time to just pick up meds, boy were we wrong!

I would NEVER use CVS to get my medications. You can never talk to a live person. They always tell you to leave a message and they will return the call.

Pete took great care of us. His ability to manage the register, greet guests as they come in and handle our need to get a secured item was amazing. I believe every customer felt they were being served simultaneously. I rarely am impressed by retail personnel, but he was absolutely amazing and delightful.

My favorite CVS to shop at !!! Chris seems to always be there when I go in && he is beyond helpful, there’s never a time that he passes by me without checking on me and asking if I need help, which he has helped me many times. I just really appreciate that type of customer service, it’s truly hard to find nowadays. Thank you CHRIS !!

Worst Pharmacy I dealt with in Years ! This Pharmacy on my 2nd Visit, has this Pharmacist I've only known for maybe 20 minutes, give me the Riot act in front of the whole Pharmacy, because apparently I am the Cause of all CVSs Legal issues..Not only Did he LOSE ALL my other Scripts that never got filled, and I had to run all over St.Pete to gather from all my other Doctors.. He Withheld filling my medications for Days that can potentially kill you, if you Skip.. All to get on the phone with my Specialist of over 20 yrs to give him the Riot act Too !! Telling my Doctor how to do his Job.. Glad to know I don't need to See a Doctor anymore, when a Pharmacist can figure out how to treat me in 2 minutes, by looking at a screen. So Now it will most likely take the next year to find and put all my Scripts back together, and filled on the same day..This is %$ Rediculous treating all patients like they have a Drug addiction Issue..Because their Pharmacy got nailed for being the ones that started It. I Hope Humiliating This Patient made him feel better, so he doesnt do this to all Patients. Like We don't have enough issues Paying for other people's Actions already !!I have never done street drugs, but I can 100% Understand and Sympathize with all the Decent, Law Abiding Citizens that were driven to the streets because of the Stupid way they dealt with the Crisis; and Accidentally Killed themselves OD'ing because you can not regulate the dosage.. Doesn't take a Brain Surgeon To figure out how that happened.. SMH..

the Monday night manager sucks. He made us use self checkout while we were clearly waiting for a cashier not to mention signs posted said self checkout was closed. These are the least user-friendly self-checkout computers I have ever used. they’re very particular about placement of the items and honestly are just really obnoxious. Then I had an issue with pricing and requested help on the self checkout and realized I was all alone at the checkout area. I’m sure a lot of people would’ve walked away without paying or without their intended purchases. I finally found someone after 7 minutes of waiting who was very kind and apologetic for the wait but said the manager was supposed to be watching the counter for her so she could use the restroom. Of course by the time I got back with the nice lady, the manager was back and simply pressed a button and walked away. To be fair, he solved the problem however I don’t appreciate his lack of customer service skills, lack of acknowledgment and his dismissal of us.

Not the best location for UPS Access Point for pickup packages. Both employees and night shift manager, I believe her name is Ashley lack customer service skills. You might as well let your customers pull the packages from the shelves themselves if you can't take the time to search thoroughly within your front desk walk ways. I didn't even get an apology when I called them out and pointed towards a package standing by itself. Horrible but have no choice since location is on my neighborhood. It will be a continuous teeth and nail situation until they (CVS) and UPS can communicate and implement a better tracking process for this.

2 weeks ago I went to this location and witnessed the pharmacy manager being discriminative and extremely rude towards my cousin. She also lied about the medicine not being available and we witnessed someone else receiving the same medicine that same day she said they didn’t have it at that store.She’s been at that store for two months and should not work for CVS at all.On a more childish note…She’s not attractive at all but then she adds these distorted facial expressions when speaking with her, and as if she’s being bothered. If she doesn’t like dealing with people in general then I’m sure we all would love for her to stay inside her house forever.

There’s a female who works the pharmacy she said her name is Alyssa and she messed up my prescription a couple of times and got rude with me after she did a sloppy job.I was hesitant about posting a review until I saw someone else speak about her. People need to know that she’s messing up that pharmacy and it was okay until she started working at that location she acts really weird.

Wouldn't return my calls for 2 days, had to physically show up to argue with the pharmacist about a mistake in the system that was preventing me from getting a script filled. If you rely on any medications, avoid this location. Unprofessional, dismissive, and rude
