Every single time i come here there missing meds it’s a different excuse everytime and i have to come back twice . the medication they have prescribed me for 2 years (that i’ve picked up at this location for the past 2 years ) apparently hasn’t been filled for over a year lol . the lady working proceeded to look at me like i was stupid and told me to come back later . place is a joke

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! Unless you enjoy having to call repeatedly to get anything done.
CVS uses a new voicemail system that makes it so the pharmacist calls YOU back. Fortunately, as annoying as this is, the system has worked pretty okay for me (in that the majority of the time, I receive a call back within a few hours).
Well, I happen to be on a very strict time frame (regarding picking up my prescriptions–I travel for work and I’m out of town for long periods of time). So when I found out that my prescription wasn’t in stock, I needed to redirect it to another pharmacy ASAP.
Well, this pharmacy made that a pain in my butt. I called as soon as I saw the update, and waited patiently. They never called back. I thought to myself, well surely they will check the machine this morning for messages to return, seeing as how they didn’t do it before they left last night. Nope! So I called and left another message. Nope, no return call. So finally, almost an entire day later, I got through on the third attempt.
Ridiculous.

The staff at the pharmacy do not seem to have time to answer questions. One pharmacy staff was wearing personal earphones while "helping" me and, despite my asking the same question several times, did not answer the actual question I asked. Dismissive and did not take the time to understand what I was asking.
Not this stores fault, but the worst thing: Forget trying to call in and speak to someone, CVS has now instituted an automated voicemail routine and will not allow you to speak to someone directly. Instead you must wait for a call back, which could be hours or not at all.

I used to go to a big chain store for my meds, vitamins, and such but they are always out. But now I go to CVS. Plus they have my sugar free boxes of candy lol

I live this store and the pharmacy. The customer service at the front is not great...one woman has a very bad attitude. But the manager is great and the night shift is great and the pharmacy customer service A D the pharmacist is great. So are the coupons!

CVS needs to stop asking its customers for surveys, start using live employees for checking out again, and stop giving us extremely long receipts for items we might never buy. It’s no wonder people do their shopping elsewhere like at Amazon. The pharmacist and the staff there are excellent. The store experience…. Vitamins, over the counter meds, cards, etc. is sorely lacking. Retired citizens ( like me) cannot even see the vitamins you sell because the display is terrible. Retired citizens ( like me) don’t like using a self checkout. I personally liked when an employee actually greeted me and would help me find what items i am looking for. The people in charge of customer service at CVS must be really young ( technology savvy but no personal skills) and sorely misunderstand what people my age (66) would appreciate in the CVS stores.

This store is filthy and smelled like urine. CVS is going downhill. It smelled so bad the customers had their shirts positioned over their noses. Floors were dirty and didn't look like they have been swept or mopped in over a month. CVS clearly doesn't have enough employees, likely due to poor wages, to maintain their stores.
