Go use another CVS pharmacy. Really rude staff here. Not very interested in customer service.

The female that just got on shift in the pharmacy has the absolute worst attitude. Very very passive aggressive unwarranted behavior from her. I pray her day gets better.

This new AI person that you have answering your phone makes it ridiculous and hard to speak with someone. I just wanna talk to somebody. This is bullshit.

Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be, and they don’t ever pick up the phone.

Horrendous Minute Clinic. Took my mom and we tried for 20 min to get an appointment then the system reported an error. We were told by a store clerk to go home and try to book a virtual. There should be a human being at the clinic to help people.

This was an amazing experience I was greeted when I came in, and as I was about to leave Felicia let me know that the pillow that was attached to a blanket I bought came off and brought it to me. My boyfriend and I would’ve just left without it. I’m so grateful and they’re open 24 hours which is super convenient 🤗

The customer service at this place was horrible. I called and was told I could come in and get a covid test administered. My mothers insurance company called and made her an appointment. Upon walking in the pharmacist was rude and degrading her tone was off putting she barked do yall have appointments. I answered appropriately. She sucked her teeth. A woman came over to help us ( most likely the one I spoke with she attempted to help us but kept getting the turn around from the pharmacist and another
Male worker. In the end they refused to test us . I walked to the front saw a sign that said veterans could get tested I took a pic walked back and inquired about the poster I saw. The male worker said no walked to the front to verify that I took the pic and came back and said no we cannot help test you.
There was also what appeared to be dry blood on the floor near the register in the pharmacy area.
Go to another location if you want good customer service.

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like there is no other recourse. The Pharmacy at this CVS is absolutely awful. The Pharmacist is dismissive, impersoanl, and arrogant. Every time I go to fill an order there is a problem. Today I went to pick up my order and was informed that the Pharmacist decided not to fill the order that my doctor sent in. I asked if it was a CVS policy or Florida law, he informewd me that no, it was his discretion. He said the length of the order should only be for if I am leaving the country for travel or if there is an emergency. The interesting thing is he doesnt know me, and didnt bother to ask why the doctor submitted a 90 day order. I dont believe a Pharmacist has the right to overrule my doctor's order. Its interferring with my medical care.
Unfortunately this is even the first bad experience. Prior to this Ive had issues with the Pharmacist deciding he doesnt take Good RX for certain prescriptions. Again, not a CVS rule, instead its just his discretion. Ive also been made to feel like Im doing something wrong every time I pick up a certain medicine that requires needles. Even when picking up that order I get treated like Im a junkie when I ask for needles so I can administor my medication.
This CVS is the most unwelcoming pharmacy. I have tried to move my orders a few times but the other pharmacies in the area are routinely out of the medication I need. So I am stuck having to deal with this every month. Someone should really audit how this location is being run.

After consistent issues at only this CVS, today it’s clear the culture stems from the store manager. If you don’t want people to bring in their bike, put up a sign or provide a bike rack. There are no bike racks and no signs. Not everyone is fortunate enough to just drive, park, and lock their car. When people urgently need medication which hasn’t been filled (not due to store issues), keeping “new” already worn carpet “clean” can be communicated kindly instead of an exasperated sigh and scolding. His carpet concern makes no sense either, people’s muddy shoes after it downpours most nights are doing more damage than my 30lb scooter that I’m walking on a dry day.
Put up a sign and provide a bike rack.
Edit: After talking to another CVS, they said they hear consistent complaints about this location. It’s clear the poor store culture comes from the store manager.

I never have any problems with all the people working there. When I needed help for things they helped me. I have been going to that CVS for years and now that I live in Holiday I still go to that store. I work in St Pete and if I need anything that CVS has then I can go there on my way to work or back. They are understanding and help me with any questions and help me finding the right thing I'm looking for when needed. They are open 24 hours which I love. Those nights I don't sleep and need something, they are open. None of the CVS by where I live are 24 hours. Grocery stores are closed, even Walmart is closed in the middle of the night now but not this store.

Brenton Wayland, pharmacist at 8001 9th St N, went above and beyond to help me obtain my prescriptions (after a late-night virtual doctor's appointment) when my regular pharmacy was closed. It was imperative that I begin the medications that night, and he was instrumental in making it happen. I am very thankful to him.

Amazing customer service from the pharmacist i believe his name is Robert birding. We got out of the er with my 6 month old and we gave him a call left vm. Called us back within minutes and told us there is no problem come on in and he will take care of us. He got us the meds ready under 10 minutes. What a guy. Great customer service wish many more people would act like this. World would be a better place.

I've been having trouble getting a pain medication filled. Was told on Friday they were out and would have it on Monday. Called Monday and they said medication was on backorder and I should have my Dr. transfer the script to another cvs location. My Dr is ready to transfer the script but needs to verify the backorder story first and cvs is not answering his calls. I called cvs and a very rude tech started talking over me saying they had no reason to reach out to the dr and Dr can call prescriber line. I told him Dr can't get through to you and they wouldn't help. I understand the opioid crisis is high and some people do anything to get pain medication but I legitimately need it and am having surgery this month and next month and being a tech who deals with people that are reliant on medication to stay out of pain, they should be helpful and understanding. I've only been with cvs pharmacy a month and have been very upset by their lack of courtesy and customer service. I'm going back to Walmart next month. Avoid this location. Especially if you take pain meds or anxiety meds.
