Went to get gasx for my bloating it said at register 17.89. where i picked it up on the shelf it said 8.49. so i paid with my social security ucard. Upon learning of the inflated price, the said all they could do is put it in a gift card. I wanted it back on my ucard and said they coukdnt do it. I said then i want cash. Cant do that either. I will never, ever go back to any cvs ever again. I just got ripped off 17.89 and am forced to use the gift card. I need every dime i get to survive. They are sheisters.*** BEWARE***

OMG! Their automation service is so defective and you can't check on the status of a prescription or speak to anyone. Then when you try to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy it says call failed. I have been trying for days.

In general the front staff are great, but the pharmacy is unfriendly and incumbent. Three times i went to pick up my prescription and the head pharmacist was rude and had no empathy to help rectify the problem. she didn't even get off the chair and try to explain what the delay was. I have moved my business to Walmart which filled my prescription on the spot. I will never set foot in this store again.

This is the second and final time I will be at this particular CVS. Unfortunately my insurance goes thru CVS and I can’t go to Walgreens without paying more money. I usually drive to the one on Central and I’ve never had any issues at that particular location. But both times I’ve been here it’s a circus. Not only does the store look like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1990s, but the pharmacy is soooooooo slow. What takes most places 15 or 20 minutes always takes his place an hour or longer. My doctor sent my prescription to the CVS AND I drove home, took my dog for a walk, did my grocery shopping, and eventually got to CVS. I wrongfully assumed that they would have found the time to fill my prescription in those few hours. After standing in line at the pharmacy for a while I was told that they need 15 more minutes. So I guess three hours and 15 minutes is the magic time frame today.

Horrible, horrible, atrocious customer service @ the pharmacy!!My mail-in pharmacy was attempting to transfer a Rx over (per my request) & the pharmacist was busy ( ok, I completely understand) however, the pharmacist was SUPPOSED to Call back to get My Rx & Never Did‼️‼️Meanwhile… I’m actually out of my migraine medicine & CVS is ‘claiming’ they’ve no idea what I’m talking about?! Really?!?!My husband or myself try calling to see if a Rx is ready & we get left on hold ( I’ll use this last incident) 28 minutes the 1st first call, 17 minutes & 37 seconds 2nd call & 3rd call I’d attempted to call a manager ( that was a joke) I gave up! So, I’m transferring all my business to Walgreens (& I have a lot) sorry CVS, but your CS is really bad & your employees are extremely rude to customers!!!

Kris is an angel! I got locked out of my truck one night, phone included! Kris was sweet enough to allow me to use her personal phone to make several phone calls to different locksmiths! She put out a chair for me to sit in until the locksmith arrived and overall just made me feel really at ease in a really stressful situation! :) thank you so much, again

As a new customer to the pharmacy I brought in the current 4 medications that I'm taken since I had changed Drs because I moved. They filled anything they could fine on my history. If I had taken them I could possibly be dead now. The female pharmacist was just a B**** and thinks she is GODS GIFT to pharmacy when all she really is a drug pusher. One and done I had them cancel my account with them.

I want to express my appreciation for all the help provided by the pharmacy department at their CVS Gulfport location. They are excellent and responsive. I do want to point out one of the team in particular. Penny is truly a star on their staff. On September 20th she help me get a prescription changed and the change resulted in a $110.00 difference with my co-pay insurance. This is just one example out of many where she has helped my family.
