  I must say that, Juan, the pharmacist (no longer working at this location) was one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met. He was kind, caring and compassionate. But the pharmacy manager, valarie I would give a one star. I am a pain management patient (post total colectomy and 5 back fusions with complications) and have been getting my prescriptions filled there since I moved to Florida. Valerie took it upon herself and said she would no longer be filling those prescriptions. And she took it one step further by “ flagging” me in the system. Therefore, none of the pharmacies will fill my prescription. My PMD also contacted the pharmacist directly to explain the need for my medication. It infuriates me that a pharmacist who is not a “medical doctor” can make a decision regarding my health and my medication. After researching further, I reached out to The state board of pharmacy, who did confirm that a pharmacist can refuse to fill your prescription. I know there is a lot of abuse with pain medication and unfortunately that reflects poorly on people like me who suffer the consequences who truly do need thepain management. Now I have had 3 invasive pain pump trials at a cost of $170 each procedure to determine which medication would be most effective through a pain pump. Now I am scheduled for surgery to get a pain pump implanted at an out of pocket cost of $500. The surgically implanted pump puts me at higher risk for infection simply because Valarie took it upon herself not to fill my medication. I’m just curious how Valarie would feel if she were in my shoes and was denied medication “ Prescribed” by her doctor and it was refused. Then she might have a better understanding.   CVS pharmacyin the Target on Park St. N. in St. Petersburg, Fl is the best service I have experienced. I drive 6 miles to go there. There's a Walgreens a few blocks away and a Walmart Market pharmacy 2 miles away that I refuse to go to because of rudeness and poor service on their part.

  I absolutely love Valerie! She is polite and patient. She 110 percent cares about her customers and her job. All around helpfu, even if it has nothing to do with medication. She is what I picture when it comes to customer service, which we need more of in this world. It doesn't matter how busy she is, she always greets people with a smile.

  West was very unprofessional on the phone, seemed bothered to provide customer service over the phone. Poor attitude and multiple sighs while on the phone. Seemed very stressed out. Claimed to be under staffed maybe it’s not West fault that he is stressed out someone get him some help.

  I wanted to tell you about my experience today at CVS. Christina the pharmacist went out of her way to help me with my sister's medication. She had an eye infection and the doctor called in a prescription that you all did not have and Christina took time out of her busy busy day to call the Dr get a prescription that would help her but was in stock at CVS. And she did this all while working by herself and waiting on customers. She's an excellent representative of your company and deserves a big reward for incredible customer service. It's hard to get that kind of service in this day and age and she was spectacular

  This was the worst CVS pharmacy experience I have ever had. I am 40 years old and have used cvs my entire life. Wallgreens will be my new pharmacy going forward for my entire family. The lady that checked me out with the blue headband was nice and attentive. I have to mention that. But the older pharmacist woman was late to open the store. Just to mention on top of that she was a straight liar. After severely different stories as to why my medication was not the price that I was told the day before it would be on today she also lied about not being able to call and verify what I was telling her from the other pharmacy. And after I made the call and waited on the line the other cvs pharmacy called her within 3 seconds through an internal line. I don't try and leave negative reviews but people have to be aware of people like this. She is a liar. And not an honest person. Also while I was waiting she was talking to a black haired woman that Walked in her area I assume works for cvs or a vendor. But held her from performing her job and made me wait longer. I know this is long but still more. I was told by the other cvs pharmacy that I would be allset to pick up today at this target cvs. When I arrived and they opened up I was told that my order wasn't allowed to be filled until tomorrow. I pay out of pocket? There is still more to discuss but I won't go on any longer. If someone would like to reach out to me I would be happy to explain even more that went on.   Every time I go to this CVS pharmacy, I am always met with patience and kindness. I appreciate the level of customer service that I am consistently provided. They are always genuinely friendly. I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy for this level of service.
