Poor customer service. The associate was on a personal call using the store phone which she had on speaker that was stuck in her shirt. She didn't acknowledge me or even give the greeting of the day. She rung up my items and handed me the receipt. I called the store to speak with the manager, and she answered the store phone with "Hello" 🤔 Probably 2.5 stars

Revamped!
Change of heart
Keep up the good work!
Although this location would be more convenient for me, I did stop going here. The store was always in disarray, filthy and service was non existent (especially at night).
I went in there today and immediately upon entering the store there was a different feel. As I walked through the isles I noticed things were changed around, items were hung, it was neat and wasn’t as filthy. I needed help and the young lady (with cornrows) was nice and helpful. I asked her if they’re re-doing the store. She said they started a few weeks ago. I told her it’s coming along nicely.
NOW, let’s see if they can keep it this way. I know there’s a shortage in quality people that have quality work ethics. Try to stop hiring people out desperation, STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT. (Not sure if it’s the same manager now, but she needs/needed ALOT more training. Everyone isn’t built to lead). I can give horror stories on why I stopped (in the past) frequenting this location.

I love the improvements. New hires need some training in customer service but I've been mostly pleasantly surprised by the orderliness of the store and like that there is now more than 1 employee working.

While I've always had a good experience at this Dollar Tree, over the last couple of month there has really been a big improvement. The shelves are stocked, the store is organized, and the staff is super friendly. Being so close to our apartment complex, St Charles Row, it's so convenient to get some quick minor things we need.

I'm not sure if management has changed, or what has taken place in the last few months, but what a difference!!!! This store is now so clean and well stocked!!!! This store has come a long way. Great work.

This is one of the bigger Dollar Trees in the area. It is well maintained, well organized, and well kept. It seems to be cleaned regularly. They always have what I'm looking for. Parking is easy and convenient.

Store is kinda messy, but not necessarily the employees fault. They have a great variety of items, and I buy all my dishes and glasses there.

This Dollar Tree has convenient hours, and is kept neat and well stocked. The staff are also very nice and helpful.
