There was only one sales person at the register. I was purchasing the merchandise that marked down for 50% off. However, the cashier tried to charge me full price for this product. Finally, I got 50% off only when I asked the cashier to correct the price. Please check your receipt for every purchase you make.

The staff are very courteous and willing to help. Not pushy salespeople. My Dad needed 12 EEEE sneakers. The salesperson identified which ones came in the size my Dad needed and gave us the time to try them on without hovering over us. My Dad loves his new shoes.

Great shopping experience. Staff was available if we needed them but we didn't feel pressured. Cashiers were helpful with discount information on their app and we saved about $50 on a $270 order (5 pairs of name brand shoes) plus enough rewards and coupons to get another pair of shoes next week!
