The last 2 car rentals were needed transportation for my family and I. Both were coordinated smoothly and without hassle. On the 2nd rental one of my family members came in tow just to prove to me that I'll be given a hard time... needless to say, he was wrong. My contact information was confirmed and verified in their system and I was placed in the vehicle size of choice within my budget. Thank you Enterprise for the experience. 2 out of 2 in the last 6 months, now our rental choice.

I had a great experience renting from Enterprise! I was greeted right away by a friendly team member and a vehicle was already waiting so I waited almost no time. Everything was explained to me and the checkout was streamlined with an iPad for signatures. An electronic copy of the agreement was sent to my email so no papers to lose. Great team, great service, great experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again!!!!

I was so grateful to get what must've been the last availabale reservation at the only location open in St. Petersburg on Dec. 24. Everyone's service was prompt, helpful, and pleasant.

5 Star experience with the staff. Dwayne is very courteous, explanatory, and answered every question me and my dad had. Lauren the location manager is awesome. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating. The car I had my ups and downs with. But the staff helped make an otherwise irritating excursion a bit better. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication!

The team here is a true team. You can see they work well together which makes the experience smooth, friendly, and professional. I specifically use this enterprise site for this reason, because they seem to have a large selection of vehicles to choose from, and very importantly, because you can easily get in touch with them if you call them. They also pick up and drop off.

I am highly satisfied with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The Assistant Manager, Adam, was very pleasant and nice while talking to me on the phone and greatly assisting me as I was in a car accident. I appreciate Adam very much. The Enterprise representative, Nick, was very pleasant and took care of me by getting me into a rental vehicle and assisting me with additional insurance on the rental vehicle due to me being in a car accident and wanted extra protection. Overall, all the staff members were amazing and I am glad I had came here.

Leo did a marvelous job in the St. Petersburg location. I was late for work and was not expecting to have to rent a car, and he was incredibly helpful and got me on my way in no time.

Great customer service, everyone in the office was very professional and polite. Andre was very respectful and kind when helping me choose my rental and going over all the information. I got there around 8:05 and was out by 8:30. Customer service was a 10/10.

This was a Sunday return rental. So initially this truck was sent from this location to the 3445 location due to the smoke smell that was in a previous same model truck at the 3445. When I returned I thought I had to walk to the 3445 location which was just up the street which is where I left my car parked overnight. Joe was nice enough to drive me to my car. It was tough to give the truck back it so fresh so clean. Think I’m going to rent this truck next time. Highly recommend Enterprise. GOD bless and peace.
