This is the first time I used a storage place. It was very easy to order it on line. The unit itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of extra space storage.

Jeff at the 54 Ave N in St Petersburg FL location was a pleasure to deal with and knew his stuff. The sign on and completion process was handled over the internet. I called via phone where he stayed on and walked me through each step. Thank you, Jeff!!!

Very nice facility, very clean. Climate-control area was kept at a good temperature. Easy to access. Was able to get into a unit and do the move-out online fast and easy.

Jeff at Extra Space Storage provided excellent customer service in negotiating a lower rate change with corporate. Every time we have had a question he has always been happy to help us. The facility is also clean, secure and easy to access.

Jeff at the 54th Avenue facility in St Pete/Pinellas Park is very understanding about a situation that I was in with delayed payment. We worked it out together to make payments a little less stressful for me for a future payment. The best part is that he is nonjudgmental. He didn’t make me feel intimidated or like I was some horrible person because I couldn’t pay my bill on time. Jeff is definitely as asset to Extra Space Storage and checks all the options to accommodate the renter. Thank you Jeff!

I reviewed this place originally, and was much happier. But, after they RAISED our rate by $100 PER MONTH, we were forced to move out. I keep getting texts/emails to review on Google, so I am giving them what they want. The reason we left was because of the ridiculous increase per month after 1 year. Beware, that after your first year, you will have to move, or deal with a much higher price. I had to make several phone calls to confirm it was cancelled. They said it was on auto pay, and hard to remove/cancel. I have had more correspondence from Extra Space about writing a review than actually helping me when I moved out. Facility was fine, basic storage. But be ready to move after a year because of the beyond-high increase.
