Extra space went above and beyond expectations. My card got hacked so they couldn't withdraw payment but they were understanding, wrote a note saying I got hacked and waited patiently until I got a new card. 10 out of 10 experience! Thanks Extra Space

I had an excellent check in experience today. There were no surprises and the staff took great care in answering my questions and making sure I was good with the entire transaction. Sam at Extra space storage has always been fantastic at helping me with my storage needs. I have rented from literally every storage facility in town, and Extra Space storage is hands down the best! Super clean, very safe, and the staff is fabulous!
