The manager goes through all of the options and is extremely helpful in all aspects of the storage rental. I have rented many other storage units in other places, rarely, if ever, with the accommodating and friendly nature of this manager.

Everything was so quick and easy and when I was I was done filling everything out and paying I noticed that it said I needed it for 4 and I only needed it for 2 so I started chatting with your very friendly employee and so helpful!! George, the manager at the Madeira location, made this such an easy process. The unit was spotlessly clean and I love the fact that there is an app with digital access to the gate. I am really happy with the price and features.

This is my second storage unit I rented from Extra Space Storage. Very happy with their service and facilities. They have a great app where you can rent units, view details of your unit including your access code. But if you need human assistance they are available. When I arrived I realized I needed larger unit and they immediately upgraded me. The facilities are clean and safe.

Fantastic communication. Great customer service. My experience was super pleasant. If I ever need storage I will certainly come back here. I felt like a friend was watching my things. George cares about his customers and their belongings. Rare.
