The group that work at this FedEx location are the best! So kind, patient, and helpful. Jovan has helped me reconfigure some of our printable marketing materials to help decrease our paper waste and make it more cost effective for my company. He has also taken the time to send specific screenshots of how to use their online printing center because I am not the most tech-savvy. Highly recommend. Great group of people that always go above and beyond for their customers.

Very good experience. I sent back a package via FedEx and the staff was very professional and efficient. She just scanned the code and gave me the tracking info, then I was ready to leave.

Staff and team are great PARKING on the other hand is awful. Bring a driver. You will need to drop off and circle the block with a getaway vehicle.

i have had four boxes of various pieces of furniture come through this fedex that have been lost. they say they delivered it, yet i can’t find it. the fed ex customer service is useless and they give u the run-around and no extra support via trying to back track the delivery driver drops. companies gave me the refund but i genuinely needed those packages.

I can't say enough good things about the team at FedEx! From the moment I walk in, Julia, Sydner, Cindy and Jovan always greet me with genuine warmth and kindness. They go out of their way to help, no matter how small the task-whether its figuring out how to email something or reduce the size of a document.
What truly sets them apart is how they make me feel like family. They're always happy to see me, and even my dogs, Cooper and Cody, are welcomed with treats! Moving to St. Pete a year and half ago was a big and a little scary transition, but this incredible team made me feel right at home. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile make every visit a pleasure.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this team/location. They are hands down awesome. Two nice gentlemen went out of their way, even stayed a little late to get an order expedited same day because I was desperate. Being a small business owner, it really can be hard to find good suppliers and people that care. They genuinely went above and beyond for me. This location has certainly gained my loyalty! I will owe your team lunch some day soon for taking such good care of me!

Best print shop ever.. and shipping.. whatever you need!! The staff will help you, and make sure you get what you need (I.e I came here for all of my wedding invite needs, then for some random and specific vision I had for Halloween related prints lol They make it all easy!) I love them! Such thoughtful lovely people work here management give them raises please❤️

Fast in and out for drop off packages just the way it should be. Their drivers pickup relatively late too which helps. Parking six, basically nonexistent but that’s not their fault
ALSO YOU PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THAT THIS ISNT THE SAME FEDEX THAT DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGES. this is like a print and ship store, they don’t drive the damn trucks and they don’t have anything to do with deliveries to your house, that’s FedEx corporate. Readers, please ignore the people talking about home deliveries they’re clearly confused about how this business works.
