The last three delivers have been a disaster. The last delivery took ten days... well beyond what fed ex (notice lower case) stated. If you can order product from Amazon or through any other carrier do so. You will have peace of mind.

I couldn’t have received better help than what I got from Ken, George, and Brandon. They helped me print out a Daily Bugle in newspaper format for a Spider-Man wedding I was going to solemnize. I used the inside of the newspaper to read out my script. The bride and groom were surprised and they loved it! Ken, George, and Brandon’s customer service and knowledge was outstanding and they were just as excited about it as I was. Thank you for everything!!

The people who work at this location are the most kind, helpful people in St. Pete. The best of the crew is a kind, helpful man named Milano. He ran out to carry my 50 pound rug into the store when he saw me open my hatchback door to remove it. Every single time I go in to this location, he figures out the solution for any of my needs. Marilyn and Brandon are two of the most intelligent courteous and professional employees that I have encountered in a very long time. The hurricane Helene caused me personal inconvenience as well as unforseen challenges. Both Brandon and Marilyn at the 4th Street N FedEx store were friendly kind and patient but also very gracious and intelligent when it came to handling my E-checks and other shipping needs. Even when one's world isn't turned upside down kindness and courtesy can help someone more than anyone knows. And both Brandon and Marilyn are exceptional representatives and delightful people. They both deserve an enormous raise.

I received amazing service today at this location. They were very professional and willing to help. I needed assistance with the packaging for my items and they were very helpful and creative. Due to the storms, they had almost no boxes left, but instead of turning me down because there was a line of like 10 people behind me and they were short staffed, they figured out a way to use a golf club box for my stuff. Excellent customer service. I will be coming back for sure!
