Never received a print out of my alignment was told it was to be emailed to me and I have not received it. I have a lifetime alignment, but I will not be returning to the ninth Avenue store.I have no idea if they actually did my alignment or checked it.

Overall good customer service but a bolt was left inside my car and could’ve damaged something.

I bought the tires online and made an appointment. They got me in and finished the install, same day. Exactly at the time promised. I had another issue, but that was unrelated to the install. That's why I give 4 stars, not 5.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be about 45 min. so I walked across the street to the Plaza while waiting for their call. After about 1.5 hrs I went back and told it will be done shortly. After another 20 minutes someone told me there were some problems with my car. They said I needed a battery, spark plugs, and a host of other things to the tune of approx $3,300! Needless to say, I left and will never use Firestone again!

Sold me on the unlimited tire balance package, only to tell me when I picked up the car that the machine needed a part, thus I didn’t even get a balance

After coming in for the past 2 years something seems extremely off lately.
The last time I came in for new tires they told me I had a headlight that was out and needed repair. So the next time I came in for my oil change I told them to go ahead and repair it. I had no problems with my vehicle prior to bringing it in but when they called me to tell me my car was ready they also told me I needed a new battery. My battery was fairly new and purchased from a different store so I didn’t think much of it and went to go pick up my car. It was completely dead when I arrived to pick up my car. They told me my battery was completely dead and that they had a battery for $450 they could sell me. I told them my battery was still under warranty elsewhere and they gave me a jump so I could leave. After leaving my car on for 15-20 minutes to charge the battery the store I purchased the battery from did their diagnostic tests and said the battery is fine. I turned it off and started it right back up. They even tested my alternator and that came back as fine. And to this day that same battery has not given me any more problems. When I called the store to ask them if there was a chance that they had drained my battery they got defensive to the point of being rude and I just said whatever and called it a day.
Now yesterday I get a screw in my tire and I could hear it clicking as I drove. My tire was nowhere near flat and my cars tps system hadn’t even notified me that it was low. But since I saw the screw in the tire I took it by the shop to be fixed around 3 pm in the afternoon. I never received any phone call the rest of the day. This morning I show up at opening to pick up my vehicle and am told that the tire could not be repaired and they had to put a brand new tire on and I was going to be charged for that. I asked why the tire couldn’t be repaired and he said that there was another plug to close to where this one would need to go so it couldn’t be repaired. My tires had been purchased from this same store within the last 6 months so I knew there were no other plugs in that tire so I asked if he could show me the tire. This time when he rolled the tire in he said actually the plug wasn’t the issue but that my tire had gone flat and that had damaged the tire was the reason it couldn’t be repaired. However, the tire never went flat on me and I had just driven it to their store at 3 pm yesterday. So now they’re telling me the tire lost enough air to go flat and damaged from the time I dropped it off to the time they got around to fixing it within a couple hours at most??? And I just never got any call at all about any of this and they just started working on my vehicle???
This is totally unacceptable back to back times I’ve gone to this location now and you have lost a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I suggest others reading this to do the same.

Sometimes I feel like everytime I go there for a simple oil change, they always trying to upsell me on something I don't need right away. I'm sure that's part of the job

Firestone is fast, little pricey but has warranties added. Mr silese that sits in the front by computer was a lil arrogant which made me very uncomfortable. Like I was being a problem when I spent over a thousand dollars. I do 🚫 y know what his problem was but it seemed like he brought it to the job that day.

Came to this Firestone at 5:00 pm for an oil change. Was instantly asked who sent me here and if I had an appt. Rep walked to the back and came back and told me they can’t do the oil change even though they close at 7 pm and had nobody waiting. They just didn’t feel like it! If you are not going to service until you close JUST CLOSE THE STORE! Makes no sense to tell someone you close in two hours and can’t do an oil change with no wait time but simply bc you only had two workers.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service ever!!! Got a flat tire less then a block from them, l limped into there lot. Was ignored for 10 minutes, when we finally got there attention they said they couldn't get to us any time soon but they would try to air it up so we could get off their property to put our spare on. Can you imagine that? Your at a tire company and all they can do for you is air it up so you can get off their property. This is the the kind of company this is. No customer service! Do business with them at your own risk.

Gave them all the info about my car just to find out, and wait for almost an hour, that they couldn’t do the alignment on it 🤡
Could have been resolved on that call instead of wasting my time.
