I have been going to Garden Bay for YEARS now. They are always so clean, welcoming and professional. Prices are comparable to others in the area BUT the service is way better than any others. My nails always last at least 4 weeks. Vivian is a true gem. I highly recommend.

Avoid this place. My daughter and I went here for two gel polish pedicures and one dip manicure. They did a terrible job and charged more than the prices listed on the menu. The dip nails turned out thick amd bumpy. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been getting my nail service done at Garden for 5 years. Easy walk-in, nail art, pampering pedicures, fair prices, and lots of talented technicians. Personally recommended many people. Thanks ladies!

The owner & others who answer the phone are extremely rude. My nail tech moved to this salon years ago from another salon who were great about scheduling appointments. This place won’t allow you to schedule appointments more than three days in advance & the last time I called they said they no longer schedule on Saturdays. After persisting since I have seen my nail tech for many years they relented. Then I showed up for my appointment & they told me she would be 20-25 minutes so I left to grab a quick lunch, returned & had to wait another 10 minutes. The owner was so rude when I complained that I have decided to never come back to this salon. I will miss my tech but cannot support this establishment. They have been rude on several occasions so this was the last straw.

You can really relax here—they take care of everything. The space is calm and soothing. My nails look perfect every time. I appreciate their consistency and care.

Money hungry…
Online it says $45 fill.. last time i came I got a full set and kept asking her to go shorter and shorter but she convinced me long would look good. I came in for a fill today, and asked for short. I even told the tech I was trying something new with long nails and was completely over it. She takes a good chunk off and begins writing up the ticket for $50. Ik it’s only a 5$ difference but random charges add up, especially for a college student. I asked what the extra 5 was for and she kept saying they were long. THEN she points at not even a hair shorter than my nails and goes “that’s short. Yours long” like how do yall determine that? If she would have just communicated that with me at first or just went a hair shorter, knowing I asked for short… I’d be a happy customer. I’ve worked in salons and spas and communication with pricing is a MUST. No matter the number.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and at first I loved it but after consistently coming here - I’ve left each time not feeling great about the service I’ve received. Either the techs are not that experienced, the manager is very much entitled and comes off rude, the loyalty program is a sham (I have multiple cards because I will leave the original in my car or other purse) and you will not get the discount unless it’s on one card. With the amount is costs to get pampered - I’d rather take my business somewhere else to receive great customer service, fair loyalty program, and not deal with entitled people. Please teach your front desk people to not throw the paying customers card around and just plain “be nice”.

One of the best salons I’ve ever been to from the minute I walked in the atmosphere, the pristine cleanliness, and all of the nail technicians….
I’ve had several different nail technicians and they are all amazing artists and extremely talented and I appreciative how they give me exactly what I wanted EVERY time ???
This is definitely my happy place to go?? ?
