I called and explained my pc turns off randomly. When I brought it in they refused to take and try to fix it. Don’t go here if you have power issues with your computer. Suggestion for Genie IT, when people call…LISTEN!

The tech Justin just finished with issues on my personal computer. Justin is always spot-on when diagnosing and the fix is done. I have been with Genie for about 8 years and find their services and pricing very fair and so worth it! I find their services very worthy.

Had my desktop crash, pulled out my laptop and that was also having problems. Dropped both off to Genie IT and had them back in hand by the end of the day. Price was very reasonable. I work from home, so it could have been so much worse. They were friendly and helpful, quick and reasonably priced.

My first time using Genie IT Services. The experience was really great! Shortly after submitting my ticket, Matt was on remote and fixed my issue in just a couple of minutes. I will recommend Genie IT Services for sure!

We use Genie for all our needs at our office at Bay Glass & Window. They are great people to work with. If I ever have a question or concern about my computer, email or technical stuff I send a request in and they are on it usually in minutes! Great people!!

I have a security contract with Genie IT Services. Well worth the cost. They have answered all my questions and gave me more than adequate information about my computer programs. Great company to deal with.

I had an issue with my printer/scanner. I am so pleased that I have Genie IT Services. I just called them and within a matter of a couple of hours they fixed the problem. They are so responsive and helpful. I have had other computer problems and they have always been there to fix them quickly. I can't imagine being without their service or having anybody else.

These guys are great! I have been under contract with them for years and have never been let down. There are on the spot when I had a problem and solved every problem quickly.Lately I needed two new laptops. One for mobile work and a smaller one for travel. I got great service from Benjamin. He gave me honest and correct analysis of my old ones. He researched and chose the perfect new ones for my needs. The prices were very good and the service and transfer to the new ones were great. These folks are great. I had a printer access issue that was fixed very quickly (on a Monday morning after I posted it Sunday night). I also added another while we were talking and got that taken care of at the same time. They have worked on both my computers for very reasonable rates, keep me up dated and are just all around good people to work with.
