So I came in to the midtown location and wanted to open up a bank account. I was so proud of my self that I could finally do this after identity legal issues. But as we started the process it seemed that my paperwork was not what I needed. I lost my head and cried and carried on ( Im in a DM situation and the man does not know im opening an account to keep my money away from him) Everyone there kept their cool with me even thought I was crying out of frustration. Was kinda ugly to them and stormed out.. I came back with the right paperwork, and SHANE took me and I explained what was going on... " were all human" Is one thing shane said to me while having open arms as I said sorry to everyone! UNDERSTOOD ME AS A HUMAN!!!! AND A BROKEN HUMAN. I made a point that I felt like Halle berry, and when i said that he went into help mode. WE got the account and he is now helping me with my future to build for me and my son!! AND to top it off hees a bee keeper! Everyone not only Shane had a hand in on me and I'm happy that they did not act as I did... And gave me another chance to explain my emotions. And Now they have me for life!! I cant wait to start saving, buying a car, and home. !!! Thank you BEE keeper shane and staff!!! YOU helped me to feel human again!! and that means a lot!!!!

Today , I had an appointment at 4. Went to the kiosk desk, the employee was talking with a client. I stood near desk for a few minutes. The employee didn't acknowledge me , speak or anything. Two other employees were sitting in their offices. So, I went to the computer monitor to check in, for my appointment. The virtual representative checked me in in, and she asked me if I first checked in at the kiosk, and I reported that the worker didn't not speak to me, she was working with someone else. She reported that she sent a message to the office for my appointment check in. She then asked if someone was walking to meet with me. I reported that the employees were still in their offices. Then , I walked to one of the offices, and let him know that I had an appointment and no one has met with me. He replied that he was on the phone. I just said, I will just schedule an appointment with my other banking institution.I usually don't go into this location often. I made a payment yesterday a, and the employee that helped me was very professional and efficient, but he was not there today.I've been banking with gte for 25 years, have had all my car loans , and other loans. I feel, a bit disappointed with the quality of the customer care received. It was not busy in there, I had an appointment, what was going on?I did call GTE headquarters customer service and they suggested that I post a comment on Google.

I've been a member of GTE since 2013.....this credit union TRULY looks out for it's customers, and helps to promote growth when it comes to education of finances!!! Wonderful staff and wonderful financial facility!

The best experience that i ever had with someone trying to help me as much as he can, Chad was really really helpful in all the process from the start to finish, He deserves a raise for sure!!!I will recommend GTE to anybody that is looking for a good deal in a Loan or just to open a savings account.

Shane helped me out so much, as a younger person I’ve never had to deal with any financial stuff and Shane really broke everything down step by step for me. I can leave happy knowing how to use my new credit card fully.
