The worse institution you can trust. Plus the personnel at that location is really rude with Hispanic people. Josh one of the employees pull your credit score without your knowledge and if you refuse they pull your credit score they have nasty attitude. Worse place ever to put my money

Had a terrible experience today applied online and after a hard time verifying my identity I had to go into the branch in person and submit documents. Was promised a call back and never received one, and I called several times to check status and never got an answer from this branch. My fiancé also had the same trouble and was being charged monthly since her application was submitted online. Was told to deposit money in her account and after we deposited the money we were told we cant use the card until we set up direct deposit! Very unprofessional, very dismissive, and rude. Will never be back or recommend anyone bank with GTE.

I went here to open a bank account. The costumer service was horrible. The lady knew absolutely nothing. I had to talk to someone virtually who was also no help at all. I opened the account and end up losing over $20 for nothing. They said my account was flagged when i did absolutely nothing. I was also charged a monthly fee before the card was even mailed. This is the absolute worse bank ever. Will not ever bank with them

Josh Pack was excellent in resolving my issue with my checking account being hacked. His knowledge and expertise was priceless. He made the entire process quck and easy. I didn't have to was a long period of time to have the matter resolved. Thank you GTE for having and employee like Josh, he is definitely an asset to GTE.

Had a very nice visit today at GTE. Sheila was so sweet and explained everything to me very thoroughly. She's very knowledgeable and made my visit so smoothly. She is now my go to for all things. She is so friendly and she has a nice smile.

I love GTE and Sheila at the St. Petersburg branch is so customer focused and amazing. I had several questions regarding my business account which she took the time to explain the details and resolve my issues. I’ve banked with many banks in my life but GTE seems to me to be more personal and they truly do care for you as a customer.
