This store has The Grinch That Stole Christmas policy. My sister in law sent my wife a dress for Christmas. They refused to exchange it for the correct size, issue a store credit, or refund her without a receipt. On top of that, the clerk was extremely rude during our interaction. Obviously the Christmas spirit is dead at H&M.

I rarely find things in this place that looks and feels good on me. And I’m a size 2 so not too hard to fit. My husband purchased a blazer and a sweater today and the cashier asked us if we wanted a bag for 10 cents. Are they really so desperate they can’t afford to give bags to their customers!? I know a couple smaller food chains do this and I’m not too keen on that even but I can expect to bring my own bag there. Who would take a bag to go to the mall? I was embarrassed for the little girl having to ask this. Just charge ten more cents for the items don’t nicks and some people for a bag. What are we supposed to say no and carry our clothes around from store to store. I find this absurd. It’s a cost of doing business and it’s their business.

I was not made aware of the new store return policy, but the tags have to be left on and I went to return a shirt and then I was made aware of that after the fact that I had already removed the tags after I got home then I realize there was a defect with the shirt so I went to return it and then when I was told about this new policy, I was greeted with nothing but hostility from the manager. She looked at me immediately and I told her I wasn’t made aware of this new policy when I purchased this product two days ago and she looked and she said we’ll do the return this time with an attitude this place is not professional H&M has been changing so much stuff lately and the employees are not able to keep up or they’re not being properly trained to be able to relay this information to the customer

I think it is time for H&M to get with the times.This is the biggest reason you don't have a lot of businessTerrible customer service and a rediculous return policy.I can return any merchandiseSe practically anywhere without a receipt.Shopping here was ok but never again

The worst customer service ,they made me pay for shipping when i was supposed to have it free and also when i called them they were waising my time putting me on hold and ended up waisting over 1 hour and 30 minutes For their mistakes.

They've got inexpensive clothes which is good but they've got three dressing rooms that they will not let you access to try on clothes so you can buy $100 worth of clothes have to take them home and try them on and if they don't fit you got to bring them back which I think is totally ridiculous but they refused both me and my sister to use their dressing rooms I wouldn't recommend going
