Don't buy shower pans from here most of there "new" ones are dented. Can't even believe the aggravation. Edited to add the photo look just bought this one from you guys this is the 3rd one and it has paint missing and another dent. Just ridiculous, businesses just don't operate the same way they used to.

BEWARE of price gouging. When I was checking out I noticed both items scanned at $13.98 and$11.98. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman overseeing the checkout, he reviewed my concerns and lowered the price. my concern is how many other products are mislabeled? this one visit home depo tried yo steal $6 from me. this is theft! how much more have home depo stole from me all these years. don't trust home depo. this is not a simple mistake, this is done on purpose.

Placed an online order for same day delivery. After several hours I was notified that the order could not be delivered on the same day. I had to call customer service to schedule pick up which took another couple of hours to be prepared along with a 15 minute call to get that organized. Then when we arrived to pick up the order, we had to wait an hour to get someone who could retrieve our order. This service was supposed to save me time and instead tacked on 3 hours to my day. This store is currently dis functional and management needs to get their act together. Hope your experiences are better than mine and many of the other customers who waited for an hour to get customer service today. My suggestion… go somewhere else.

Its crazy this used to be the best home depot around. Now they might be the worst. The management here is seemingly non existing. How you can have literally zero cashiers open. While there's like ten employees standing around talking and laughing. Forcing everyone to go through self checkout. The employees interrupted their conversation long enough to point me and the two carts and $700.00 dollars worth of lumber to the self checkout. There has to be some level of competent management. Or you have what this location has. A store full of employees that are all too busy to help anyone with anything you may need ever. No lumber on the shelves and I had to reload like 200 pounds worth of stuff cause their people take your cart and unload everything this happened twice. Planned on spending $300. More dollars than I did. But the employees aren't willing to refill the racks with wood that's visibly sitting on the top rack. Lowes knows.

It's Home Depot. Everyone knows what they are and do. They do it pretty well but I go there because I need to not because I want to.

Always a great experience at this home depot. I buy a lot and return on occasion here. Naliyah and her manager Sacha always do a great job. Very patient when i had to have someone pickup a shower door return and arrange for delivery of a new shower door.

Not happy with these folks. Their credit option feels like a scam. They sold me on what they said would be 2 year 0% APR promo. I found out today they only gave me 6 months and on the 7 month they charged ALL of the interest for all of the previous months in retroactive. So I was charged $2500 on interest. I was a loyal customer but never again will I shop here. Very sad that they treat customers like this.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. I never post bad reviews this time I needed to.
I bought a fridge and the freezer had issues staying shut. We went through warranty and the technician determined that the fridge frame was bent and issued a credit to the store to give me a refund. Just like most people, I can’t go many days without a refrigerator so I bought a new one trusting them at their word that I would see my refund in 3-5 days.
Here we are a month later… no refund issued. I have spent 5+ hours on the phone with them and I STILL don’t have my money back. I go into this store and am told it the only way they can give me my money back is with a check and it could take up to 14 days to process after I have already waited a month.
It’s funny fast they can take your money buying the replacement fridge but how slow getting my refund is. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They could not even provide a reason why it would take this long they just said they can’t do anything about it. I can’t stand Lowe’s but I don’t want to give Home Depot any of my money after this.

Completely fubarred by whoever is managing the location. Way to much hassle just to get in the store with most of the actual entrances blocked off. Thankfully I never have to go there... Or anywhere in Florida again.

Dario in the Garden Center was amazing. He took his time helping us find a cat-safe plant (because a lot of the ones that were advertised as indoor plants weren't cat safe, like pothos, monstera, etc) and just when I was about to give up he showed me several options that were safe for cats and let me talk about my cats a little. Wonderful friendly guy and amazing customer service.
I did want to mention that there was an older woman at self checkout that invaded my personal space while I was trying to pay. A lot of people have PTSD and in general you shouldn't get so close to people who you don't know in public. She was so close she could be touching me. That aspect of my trip was very uncomfortable.

Beware of price gouging! I was approached at Home Depot they sent out ARS/Roto-Rooter for a $20 inspection, after going through my system repairs stacked up to 6,800 and said im better off with a full system replacement, quoting me $14,000, then dropping to $8,500. A licensed HVAC tech (friend of a friend) later found that my heat pump simply wasn’t wired properly. Total cost to fix? $120. ARS/Roto-Rooter either misdiagnosed or tried to upsell me unnecessarily. Get a second opinion before committing to their recommendations!
