I called in to ask questions about my online options or over the phone options because I didn’t want to come into the office. The receptionist was rude kept cutting me off and interrupting me as soon as I started to speak. As soon as I said hello she started rushing me off do I want to make appointment. I didn’t get to ask any questions or request any assistance with my return.

My husband and I have a 501c3 non-profit and we're referred to this office for their expertise. Unfortunately, the representative assigned to us was not familiar with the 501c3 tax process and we ended up getting charged $350 for our personal taxes, and were told it would be an additional fee for the business taxes. I have done my personal taxes for years and did not need assistance with that portion, but I was only told halfway through that the personal and business taxes needed to be separate (I had done them together as write-offs for years before the 501c3 status as a private foundation). My representative made two mistakes on the taxes, with information that was already provided to them, and I had to follow up twice to provide the information to make sure the representative had it.Needless to say, I won't be using H&R Block again. I ended up paying more money to get the taxes done than I received back from the IRS and was very frustrated with the errors that were made.

Hoping my return was done with better care/quality than what this stores customer service displayed. Beyond that I don't want to insult anyone personally. Lets just say if I go to H&R Block again it wont be this one.

An address of 4922 49th Street North should put the location in the block between of 50th Ave and 49th Ave. but NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! its on the south west corner of 49th Street and 38th Ave., which is a totally different numbering system. Makes no sense. Not logical. And the girl that answers the phone doesn't understand north, south, east, west, making her useless on the phone. But she's got beautiful Dred locks so she must be perfect in every way....sigh and eye roll. And the workers are nothing to brag about. Very self centered, expecting you to think they walk on water. Will never use H&R again. Big disappointment.
