I bought a MacBook from Lenny and it worked great until..... after a few months, it did an OS upgrade or something, and the Activation Lock engaged like it is a stolen computer. I brought it back to Lenny and just said "it's your problem now". VERY DISAPPOINTING! now I'm out $1000 and lost most of my data. BEWARE.

Thought my iPhone camera lens had a scratch, nope. It was all good! Lenny explained the issues of my model to me and took care of it, in less than an hour. Very pleased. Hope not to see him to soon but I know if I need something, I can trust him to take care of me! Thank You!!!!

Super disappointed with my experience at this shop with Lenny. He told me it would take 40mins to repair my screen, but it really took closer to 1.5hrs. When I was able to retrieve my phone, he (very nonchalant) let me know my Face ID no longer works. I was shocked to hear that and he immediately deflected any blame saying this is 100% an Apple issue and/or it must’ve been my fault during the drop. The thing is, I dropped my phone over a year ago and Face ID worked perfectly fine before I left it there to be repaired.After a Google search of “iPhone 11 Face ID not working after screen repair” I think I know what happened. He uses 3rd party screens which is apparently NOT recommended by Apple because it triggers that it’s a 3rd party part and disables Face ID. He said he tried putting my old screen back on and it still didn’t work, but it easily could’ve been damaged in the removal process, so idk.He also mentioned he’s apparently seen this happen a lot. But never warned me from the beginning that it may happen.All of this and he still charged me $130 for my phone to still be broken, just in a different way. :(

I took my phone to UBreakIFix and they told me they tried changing all the parts and nothing worked and the phone was a goner. Then I took the phone here to Lenny and he fixed everything in 15 minutes for a fair price. He's the best at this I've seen and I've broken a lot of phones unfortunately. 100/100 I'd recommend going to him and I'll only be going to him whenever I'm in town

Not sure why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. I have been a customer of Lenny's and his business for over 5 years, every time I have brought a phone or an Ipad to get repaired he does a great job at a fair price, over the years I have also bought several phones and Ipads from him for myself or family and I have never once had any issues with them. He does great work and is honest and knowledgeable. Great business, would recommend over and over.

I bought an IPhone X from here to use in the Verizon upgrade program, but when I tried to use it on the Verizon site, Verizon said the phone was lost or stolen. I went back to Innovative Cellular and asked to return the device, but the owner refused and was quite rude. Sketchy place, sketchy guy. AVOID!!
