Sanjiv has been great to work with. My wife and I are grateful for how easy the process has been. Having a professional taught us a lot about the process rather than trying to figure it out ourselves. He was attentive and responsive, and answered all of our questions. We will continue to use JH services in the future.

The customer service I received was subpar. After filing and rendering my funds for the service, I was marginalized by the preparer, when questions were ask concerning how to navigate IRS site to make payment. Preparer seem reluctant to assist. I had to keep calling and asking for assistance. This will definitely be my first and last year using Jackson Hewitt Tax service.
