This store sucks. This is not the first one star rating I've given this store. Came in to buy a pair of Levi's and the shelves are essentially empty. Supply issues are not legitimate excuses anymore. Even worse, everything is disheveled, out of order and if you want to find your size you have to literally go through every single pair of jeans. The 32's are with the 38's, the 40s are with the 28s, absolute neglect and disorganization. Shame on me for going here because I have said this before, please Lord stop me from ever coming to this awful store again. Over the last 12 years of shopping at Kohl's I walk out with nothing at least 80% of the time. Plus their advertising is akin to bait and switch. JC Penney has competitive pricing, is stocked a lot better, and is organized by size correctly. If you are a male looking for Levi's, don't waste your time at this place.

There are super cute things, there's also a Sephora store inside which is wonderful ✨😍 minus 1 star because everything is expensive but if you're a person with expensive taste you can come here!

Rebecca was very rude today, I see why the company placed you where you can barely be seen you belong in the attic. She decided who she wanted to give customer service to and after being very talkative with the customer before, me she decided to lack customer service with me so much so she was willing to hold up the line because she didn't want to engage with me. Her rudeness didn't stop there she also felt the need to throw package at me. Also as I'm headed to return some Amazon items, two lady employees on the floor stocking, felt entitled to rudely glare then proceed to micro aggressively murmur to each other about whatever their problem was with me and my husband just passing by. Khols the fact that your employees feel so entitled to do whatever they please and treat your consumers however they like says and shows poor judgment and inadequate skills to hire people who respect and understand professionalism and diversity... that's on you... do better!!

Men's selection has declined, but they do have Amazon returns and now carry dog supplies.

Clean store, nice employees, rewards are great. Good selection of men's clothes.

Asked for help finding a suit match online to get my Dad the right fit. Was told very aggressively that in-store associates do NOT help find things online.
Ended up going somewhere else for help.

I had an Amazon return that had to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods. What a pleasant surprise when I entered Kohl's as I've not been there forever. Light and bright, merchandise tastefully displayed and nice wide aisles. Of course I stayed to shop (kind of the idea, right?)

My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day.
Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes, and we were walking to the car.
We will be going there again soon. Great point program, BTW.

Kohls has gone way down hill from what I remeber it being 5 years ago. The great value I used to get and awesome savings are no longer part of their culture. If you remember the great disounts and deals you used to get shopping at kohls you are in for a rude awakening when you realize all taht is gone.

Meh . . .
Hate the Kohl's Cash gimmick, forcing you to buy at a time when you may not need anything. And then returns are a pain . . .
Use Kohl's Cash and they remove it from your refund whether you used it on the order being returned, or not.
Just price fairly and stop the madness.

I went to Kohl's to return an Amazon item. Not my style, everything seems cheaply made. I wouldn't buy anything in that place, but that's just me.

While we were in the checkout line, as we were the only ones in the checkout queue, it took 12 minutes for us to get invited to the register for checkout. The 2 associates were talking to each other and completely ignored us. I was at the point to walk up to the register and leave my items on the counter and leave the store without purchasing anything. Very, very bad customer service experience for us and we are going to have to take some time to consider whether or not we will return to the store.

This Kohls still has a decent selection in-store after they've really paired down and shifted to online sales post-COVID. Picking up online orders in store is super simple, with the bins located to the right of the main registers. Fast checkout of store purchases with both self-checkout and standard registers. Sizing is a bit limited but I've definitely tried on in store and ordered the right size online.
