Arrived 15 mins before my appointment. Lobby full, no employee, stood there several minutes. Another patient then told me computers broken & everything on hold. No note on desk, no employee anywhere and loud obnoxious music playing from behind the desk.

Decided to close the office one day before my scheduled appointment. Sent text canceling said appointment at 1am. So busy, understaffed, and mismanaged that even though I booked lab work originally on 11/18 the earliest I could be seen by appointment is next year. Idk what is wrong with labcorp but quest has plenty of times available right away with out a 3 week wait!

Gosh this place is horrible. I got my lab order from my doc on. 11/4. I tried to make an appointment on 11/4 for 11/19 but there were no appointments available. Fine, I’ll just walk in. The waiting room is packed. I’ve been waiting over an hour when the desk person said it wouldn’t be too long. One lady had an appointment at 9:15 and hadn’t been taken back. After 30 mins of waiting she and her husband threw a fit. It’s not the fault of the lab staff, it’s the corporate greed of labcorp. They jam-pack appointments and don’t staff enough phlebotomists to see everyone. At my hospital, lab draws only take 2 minutes per patient, I don’t understand why it takes so long to draw labs here.

Had to get a blood draw here because my doctor sent a sample to Lab Corp and they *lost* it so I had to go in person. The person who took my blood was visibly sick (coughing, congested, obviously exhausted) and not wearing a mask or anything. I got sick 48 hours later and had to miss an entire week of work because I work with newborns and can't bring any germs around them. Very irresponsible to not take any precautions in a healthcare environment in my opinion. (I blame the company not the employee, I doubt they have decent sick leave)

Word of advice, stick it out inside to wait to hear your name because they don’t send text messages here.
I checked in from my phone at 9:30 for a 9:45 appointment and was prompted to wait for a text. I popped my head into the office but there wasn’t even any standing room so I waited in my car. After about 30 minutes with no text, I decided to go inside again only for the receptionist to tell me that she called my name five times. I said that I was waiting on a text as instructed. She claims she did text though I received nothing. Now, there are five people ahead of me. I hope to be seen soon but I have been to far friendlier and more efficient labcorps. Unfortunately, the one I usually go to is temporarily closed.

10:30 a.m. appointment it is now 1:15 I'm so glad it was a pee test I went all over myself because I'm still waiting. I would not recommend this location. Quest labs will take anyone's orders.

Terrible people behind the counter Made me Wait for over a hr just to not let me take a drug test because a had my son with me I'll NEVER recommend this place & will never use this place again FIRE THEM ALL

2 staff members, front desk employee full of excuses. Fasting lobby full of people with appointments waiting for HOURS!!! very sad....

The people who work at the desk have 0 human skills. It's not just one of them it's all of them. There are a lot of people who needs jobs who would at the very least treat people with respect. Food for thought.
