George (employee)was very helpful after ordering a climate controlled unit online. He walked me to my unit and explained how there lock worked, cause some locks would not work properly.

Was totally impressed with the seamless service the Tyrone Boulevard location has given me. Manager George helped me get set up with my unit explaining everything in detail. He has given me professional assistance throughout my stay at this location. I have recommended Life Storage to my friends and family when they’ve needed extra space! Thank you.

I came to the storage facility in person because I needed to see location, cleanliness, and get the overall feel for the safety of my belongings to be stored there. I was very impressed with the store manager, George who was friendly, professional and detail oriented. This facility was safe, clean and convenient! It was easy to vacate as well. I will use it again. Thanks George!

Nice clean facility. But their prices went up WAY TOO MUCH for a small 5x10 unit. I got twice as much space for 50 less dollars a month elsewhere, and it suited me just fine. You would think that a customer that paid every month on time for 3 years would be locked in, not new customers coming in paying way less, and mine going up. This is not real estate, it is storage.

Just moved into this storage unit, and they doubled our rate from $80 to a $160!I seldom write reviews, unless I have an excellent experience. But this is an attempt to help you save the headache of dealing with this deceptive company!However think twice before using Life storage or any of the companies associated with the new ownership because of their deceptive business practices.Twice they have gotten us in the door at an attractive rate and then this time nearly doubled our monthly rate after just 3 months renting from them! Bait and switch is their policy, please do not use this awful company.
