I couldn't be happier to have found MA Fitness. As someone new to the area, I tried several places/styles of workouts and classes- this was the one that clicked for me. I highly recommend if you're someone who likes to push themselves. The owners are incredibly kind people and have created a really great community.

My husband and I absolutely love this gym! We started coming 5 months ago and have been hooked ever since. The kickboxing classes are challenging but fun. If you’re like us, you usually find yourself counting down the minutes until a workout is over. Not here! It’s nice to find a place where we actually ENJOY the workout and don’t feel the need to watch the clock. Definitely a hidden gem!

I would say MA fitness is a therapy. It is a form of meditation where you get your peace of mind by pushing through your own limits and expanding your own capabilities.Every instructor is amazing with their own energy. The music and atmosphere during the class is awesome and gets you in the right mood from the first seconds.Thank you! You deserve 10 stars!

I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Ma Fitness!!! My journey started with them about 6 months ago. I found this place to do something with my 2 boys 12 & 14 to get them out of the house and moving more. Figured what boy would not want to bunch and kick something, lol. The boys fell off about a month in, saying it was too hard, but I was hooked! I really didn't work out to much over the years, but tried various classes doing different things. This is different and I'm so happy I gave it a shot. Is it easy? NO! Is it worth it? 100%. They always say it's a self-paced class and it definitely is, which allows you to keep working at your own level but what happens with time is you get stronger and that is an amazing feeling. You will feel so accomplished at the end of each class. I have more energy, feel better then ever and even though not much has changed on the scale, (I hate scales) I fit into clothes that I have not been able to in over 5 years! So happy to be a part of this gym and it's amazing people. MA Fitness has helped to put me on a journey to better health, so once again, THANK YOU!

Haven't been part of a gym or even stepped foot in one for 5 years. My first time here, I knew I found my gym. The instructors and staff are so helpful and kind. They take the time to make sure you're doing the moves correctly, whether it's just a strength training class or kickboxing. They have pride in what they do and want you to reach your goal. It's become apart of my routine and helped me in many ways. I couldn't have picked a better place!

I'd never taken a kickboxing class before this week, and I was honestly on the fence. The first class is free (unless you have a pair already, you do need to pay $20 for gloves), so that, along with some really great videos on their Facebook page, got me in the door. I wasn't able to get there 10-15 min early for the intro on moves, but Matt worked with me and two other first timers, while the instructor led the class. While this can get overplayed in gym reviews, the classes really are at your own pace. There are men and women of all fitness levels and skill levels, and you don't feel awkward if you need to take a quick break for some water or to wipe the sweat off your forehead (trust me - you'll sweat a LOT!). I was sold after the intro class and signed up for the 2-class a week package (costs about $10/class; month-to-month and no long term contracts). I just finished my second class in week one (3rd class including the intro), and I'm pumped to see how my endurance will improve after a month of this! The instructors and others in the classes are encouraging, and the instructors walk around to offer form improvements. There's a warm-up at the beginning of class, and a cooldown at the end of class...both include stretching. You sign up for classes on an app, and they seem to be capped at 30-35 people (the ones I've attended so far have had 15-25 people). I definitely recommend giving this gym a try!

Only good things to say about MA Fitness! The instructors, the classes, the group of people, all amazing! The workouts are always different and fun and I've never felt stronger. I'm so happy I found this place as someone who likes to be in shape but can't keep a gym routine. The dread I used to feel when heading to the gym is now replaced by excitement. You wont' regret coming here!

Great atmosphere, great kickboxing class. Very energetic and helpful staff. The 45 minute class was a great mixture of boxing/kickboxing and exercises. If you wanna sweat, than this is your place.

I have been going to this kickboxing gym for 5 years and wouldn’t give it up for anything! I actually moved to Bradenton a couple of years ago and still come to this gym. Matt and Marissa (the owners/managers) are so welcoming and kind. They have built a family atmosphere there and genuinely care about the members of the gym. The instructors are amazing and demonstrate in a totally non-intimidating way how to do the punches and kicks. They do a great job of motivating you to do the best you can without being aggressive. It is a fantastic work out and something I look forward to every week!! Thank you for all your hard work, MA Fitness! ?

This gym is GREAT! If you’re like me and don’t have a lot of time to get to the gym and feel unmotivated at conventional style gyms you will love MA. It’s not only a great workout but also a great stress release AND you’re learning a skill. I used to wake up in pain from career demands and avoid working out to not make the pain worse.. I was so wrong and now look forward to working out because it helps tremendously and leaves me full of energy for the day. The environment is welcoming and friendly and the instructors are amazing, they truly make their classes a fun and motivating workout that all ages can do!

Unfortunately I don’t get to attend the gym since I’m in Wisco, but I watch the classes on YouTube every week and go back to older classes when I need to. I’ve lost so much weight and gained so much muscle. They push you to your fullest and if you want it as bad as they do for you, you will get that body fit right! I’m so thankful I found them. Can’t thank them enough for the consistency on uploaded videos. Great vibes. Love love love this kickboxing team!
