Be very careful about getting the correct out the door price that includes; the total vehicle cost, the approximately $3000 charge for seal coating, tinting that is not disclosed up front, and taxes. That $3000 fee is not included in the vehicle cost. In addition, there is no way to not pay for that charge as the car is already seal coated and tinted prior to you even test driving the vehicle. Buyer beware! I have been a life long Chevrolet Owner, and love my Chevy's!

I bought my second vehicle from Maher yesterday. George was the salesman who helped me and he was the most pleasant and helpful person I have ever dealt with in sales! I didn't feel like I was being manipulated or talked in to anything I didn't want or ask for. He listened to everything I asked for and I LOVE my new Equinox!! Go see George!

First time going to this dealership let let me say the last time ! took my new 2023 corvette by to have the driver seat ordered for replacement as a hole appeared due to poor factory seatbelt installation Waited thirty mins and just seemed to be a bother. Very unorganized , horrible dates facility and employees just played on their cell and stood around talking while I was waiting, left without being assisted DaleMarbry Chevrolet will get my business Would never want them to touch or service my vehicle.

I'm not one for writing reviews But I have to say I'm very happy with the 2024 Chevy Trax RS I just bought. It was a great experience. No regrets And no buyers remorse. If you're looking for a very good salesman who is people friendly? Talk to Justin Anderson. I would definitely buy another car with him. It's a very friendly place to look or buy for your needs. A big thumbs up.

Mr. Mark Tearney was the best sales expert I could have hoped for. His kind demeanor and extensive knowledge was such an asset in choosing my new vehicle. He took the time to explain and demonstrate all the features and I was comfortable leaving the dealership. Waiting time was spent sharing family stories and experiences which was such a nice relief in a sometimes stressful auto purchasing situation. I truly feel like part of the Chevy family.

I made an appointment online. Small thing, but I booked the appointment for 3:45pm, received an email reflecting that, and then later another email was sent saying my appointment was at 3:15pm. That's confusing/wrong.More importantly, when I arrived I was informed that they wouldn't be able to even take a look at my car for 4-5 days. This seems fine, I get that they're backed up (letting me know before I arrived would've been more helpful). However, the service attendant insisted that I had to leave my vehicle at their service center the entire time. This makes no sense, I promptly left. To management, if you know that you won't be able to service a car for X days, please do not insist that customers leave their vehicle there the entire time. You could put customers in a virtual queue, and we could bring our vehicle in when you can actually service it. Otherwise, you're preventing us from having access to our vehicles for no real reason.

Ado and Ron were great to deal with. Very professional, very helpful. In fact, the entire staff was amazing. Another salesman brought us bottles of water while we were outside waiting for our turn with financing. Really a great experience!! Highly recommend this dealership!!

From start to finish, Tonya was excellent reaching out to me and getting back to me in a timely fashion and was very helpful. Patrick my sales guy was great to work with and made the car buying process easy and fast. Ronald in financing was really down to earth and a great guy to deal with. A simple oil change and tire rotation turned into a fiasco. The service took an hour and a half but when I left the service department, my dashboard displayed three warning signs. One light a tire, another anti-skid and another engine light. I immediately return to Maher. This Saturday morning was a total fiasco. I doubt with the Manager On Duty who rectified the problem but the damage was already done. My confidence in Maher is definitely diminished.

Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. After my new vehicle purchase, I had nothing but horrible service and disrespectful responses from the management. After my purchase, it took me 2 weeks to get my vehicle in for some work they owed me. The salesperson would never call me back. Every time I called he told me the person to perform the work was on vacation. When I finally got me vehicle in, I asked that mechanic how his vacation was... he didn't know what I was talking about. NOTHING BUT LIES ever time I spoke with either the salesperson or management - Lies.I was told to bring my vehicle in and ask for another manager. I did, and I waited, and asked, and waited, and asked a 3rd time, and waited for over an hour. He never came out - I finally had to beg service to help me out. When I picked my car up, it took another 90 minutes between waiting and having them redo some work that was not correctly done.Then to top it off, they sabotaged my vehicle - yeah I know they will respond to this and call me some crazy guy. First off, someone there tore up my vehicle insurance paperwork in the glovebox. Next when I got home, I noticed that the side window sticker that opens the community gate, no longer worked. Upon further inspection, someone actually cut a small portion off the sticker. WTF kind of people would do this? I told management that I wanted a simple explanation why someone would tear up my paperwork or I would write this review. He called me a crazy guy and probably tore it up myself. It's been 3 days and no response, so here is my reveiw. PLEASE, listen to this and the other bad reviews here - nobody deserves to be treated this way.

I had an appointment and it still took 5 days to even get someone to look at my car. My car is brand new. Less than 5,000 miles on it. And the service center and the person I was supposed to be working with was nearly unreachable. Poor service all together. Then I finally get to take it home and the issue was not even fixed. I will be taking it elsewhere. This is a new car, I shouldn’t be dealing with this.
