I stopped in to ask about switching to T-mobile as a new customer. Anthony said he was unable to help me if I did not have an account already. Not sure if he hasn't been trained yet or just lazy. Would not recommend this store if you are new to T-mobile.

The representative was very polite helpful and caring. Took his time to explain everything to me as I am an elderly person and I don't catch on very quickly.

We were visiting FL for family reunion and some guest needed special services to connect and Brady was absolutely awesome - helped us with all our problems and concerns. He went the whole nine yards!

Attention Louis. Learn how to treat customers properly.I purchased an eSIM and installation. It took 2 hours and it didn't work. I was told to leave and wait for 2 hours and it would probably work. It didn't. I returned the next day and asked for them to cancel and refund my money. They cancelled the service but refused to refund any of my money. Louis, the boss, was called and he tried to put the blame on me for his product not working. Its criminal. Do not shop with these people.

Went in today with device problems. Brady went above and wayyyy beyond to help me. I've been in several Metro's in a couple counties over the years and no one has ever went to the lengths Brady did to help me find a solution! Brady needs a raise!!! ⭐

Went to purchase a new phone, several I looked at a few days before, were out of stock, but I did upgrade to a new Phone, very pleased with the one I purchased, very friendly Staff, they do Multitask and I'm very pleased to have the chance to go there and get what I needed.

The young lady working there signed me up for insurance on my phone without asking. When I inquired about the extra money during sign-up, she stated it was "taxes and fees" associated with signing up. It wasn't until I saw my first bill that I realized what she had done.

Wow! Terrible management that doesn’t honor previously quoted price!!I am changing service from metro (I’ve been a customer for over 10 years!) because of the extremely poor customer service and bad management here. Get it together metro! Such a bad experience~ I am SO MAD!!!!!!

Kier was so fantastic. She helped both me and my friend find new phones. Also, he was with AT&aT and they suckkkk… we just upgraded all around and it was all handled with excellent customer experience. On a side note, she noticed two other customers who walked in and asked them if they were just paying a bill and helped them out, knowing the transaction would be short and ours longer. This is the kind of service that needs to be recognized and appreciated. Thanks so much, Kier!! ?
