These guys at this store helped me more than any of rhe other 3 stores I went to prior to finding this one. The gentleman explained the deal that was going on with the iphone for 49.99 was not buying the phone straight out. You had to make payments until the whole amount was paid off. But they were able to fix my phone so it would actually charge. Mary was amazing she was learning and doing an amazing job. The guy who was showing and teaching her things did an amazing job!! Again thank you all for your help and knowledge!!

Smells like people chain smoke cigarettes inside. I smoked for 20 years and still can't stand to be in there long. The guy was more worried about selling a phone than being honest apparently. Everything he said I was able to prove wasn't true. Decided to save $100 and buy the phone directly from Samsung on Amazon.

We had to call Metro corporate office and let them know that the two men that were working at the Metro in St Petersburg on 11th avenue South were very unprofessional and very rude and unhelpful. But after calling corporate they gave us a very good deal on our phone service and apologize sincerely for the two men that we had to deal with that should be giving Metro a better name

T mobile is convenient I live in the area with makes it great but they needed more people working in this place are assign some one to just do payment I had to wait 45 minutes to pay a bill I tried using the app it's not working properly and I went in the store it was 3 people working and about 15 people in the store just standing around some setting down you have to do better with time management to get people in and out

Malik is very nice and solved my problem. After having a problem with the corporate office the one on the 22nd Ave N. , I just want to say thank you Malik for the hard work you had to do to fix the issue of a bad Bluetooth on the phone.
