My current phone is upgraded from a Metro issued Samsung Galaxy A14 the 49th Street N location provided the last A14 5G phone. My A01 Galaxy was one of the most brittle phones out there OnePlus N200 Nord ended up lost in an intersection, but this one is more constant. I caught some of the Hurricane Milton debris on this one.I am giving folks access to a find via screenshot. Whoaaaa...Do not shop here saleswoman Kisha sold me a Galaxy A15. She said it would be unlocked at the end of the month. And I could switch to a legacy plan at that time in exchange for the $85 plan I was made to accept. Upon going to Tmobile connect store. I was advised by Metro customer service my phone was locked for 6mos. Then they tried to put me on a flex plan again. It was $25/mo more than the legacy plan. The store manager said Kisha no longer works here. And the store manager would not stand behind what the ex employee sold. Just O sorry..It literally is fraud when someone lies to you to sell you a service. After flipping out on them doing this to me. I spent 2hrs on the phone with customer service. I was able to get a $40 10gb legacy plan. They said that will be $50 to change to this legacy plan from flex as an activation fee. I advised I'm not paying it. Locked in for 5 more months the escalated manager told me it may or may not charge me the $50. So far it has not. I would be going after that connection fee money. Thankfully I have that legacy plan activated. But cannot switch for 5mos. There is no accountability for sales people or the manager. Just simply tell everyone to call corporate. We can not help you in this store. Try Tmobile connect instead.

Went in there today to purchase two phones and home internet. I found the employees to be disorganized and poorly informed on the current deals. I had selected two phones that I was going to purchase but then the employee helping me started to tell me that the phones I had selected were very bad and didn't work well. I believe she was trying to upsell me but I take that as she is telling me the store sells bad products so she had basically talked me into spending my money elsewhere. I did just that and went to another Metro by T-Mobile store and made these purchases. Thanks for talking me out of doing business with you.

I'll start by saying, we all know Metro is overpriced compared to a few years back, BUT... This metro will do whatever they can to work wonders for you price wise and make sure you're taken care of quickly. Staff here are well mannered and trained to be genuine experts in their craft.
