Ali gave my friend and awesome experience. He was patient and answered all of question..He helped my friend in selecting a new phone. He even gave him more the double the amount of GB's for the same price . I recommend Ali and this location.

They tried to price gouge and charge me a 100+ dollars on a flip phone went to metro on 34 and 11 south and got the same phone for 60$ smfh

Sorry to say how poorly and unprofessional we were treated today. Brought a phone case we thought we had purchased at this store and wanted to exchange it. We didn't even make it halfway to the counter when this loud and beligerant clerk stopped us and said "WE DON'T CARRY THAT HERE!" "YOU BAUGHT THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE!" "DO YOU HAVE AN IPHONE?" I mean really? Needless to say we walked out offended and bullied. I'll be talking to corporate as well. So be aware when you go there.

My roommate phone broke and took an extra one in to put it on our plan. They charged him sixteen dollars, and when the phone wouldn't work they refused to refund him. During the isolation time money is hard to come by. That sixteen dollars could have gone for something else, plus it was my money since my roommate is out of work due to the virus. I would seriously consider revamping your customer service.
