I walked in to this unsure if I even wanted to get a new phone today. Othmane was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuine while helping me make my decision. I walked out with the new IPhone 6 Plus and I’m happy about it! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever never retuning

i came there and the guy took 7 minutes in the bathroom came out and helped a customer for a while then ask me what i needed which was to transfer data to my new iphone then continued helping the same customer after the first guy left he started to help me and i told him the old phone doesn't turn on, he didn't listen and waited for it to boot up, another customer walks in and he helps them for about 10 minutes as im just standing there, they leave and he's still waiting for my phone to boot up even tho he can just transfer the data without the old phone, another customer walks in and needs help with their phone and he helps them faster than my issue and keep in mind i'm just standing there. then he gives up on trying to wait for the old phone to boot up and starts making progress on the service transfer then he doesn't realize the 16 pro max doesn't have a sim tray, i tell him and he takes off the case putting his dirty hands all over my 1500$ phone which isn't a big deal by why bother taking off the case, then he's standing there figuring out how to transfer my service and my phones in a loading loop. i tell him just reset the phone and he ignores me, then 5 minutes later he resets it and the option works, then a customer walks in and he's helping her out for 30 minutes and again i'm just standing there watching, she leaves then we're back to my phone again and he starts making progress only because he actually started putting more of an effort in trying to solve the problem. then he thought testing out the phone's features was more important than to fix my issue and literally takes a photo, someone else walks in and that's when i get absolutely fed up and i'm like dude no more can you just fix my phone so i can leave. then after that he put his mind into it and finally did the service transfer, that whole thing took about 2 hours of my day because this guy put little to no effort in trying to solve my case. oh and he told me i had to pay 27$ plus a fee for him to transfer my service to my new phone after 2 whole hours of him procrastinating and the entire time he was giving me no information i had to ask him if anything was going good and he straight up says i don’t know.

Be careful with liers and thiefs. For luck if you ever loss your phone and want to change companies. They will lie, disieve, and give you the run around to make it as humanly hard as possible to switch companies. They participate on this dirty practice to trap people since there is no contract. If you are ever in this situation pls message me and I can help with legal assistance.

If you want excellent customer service or even decent respect, then DO NOT GO HERE! It's very obvious this establishment only cares about your MONEY and not YOU. I got a phone from here and was told I would be taken care of by the owner himself. All he did was activate my phone and immediately turned his attention to the next person who came in to sell them a new phone. Didn't even finish helping me!The next day I came back because there was a lock on my phone that wasn't there before. The same guy, THE OWNER, said there was nothing he could do to remove the lock. I asked if he could factory reset it again; I brought in my receipt to show that I just bought it and it was totally fine if he couldn't do the data transfer (that he didn't actually finish the day before but I didn't want to make it a big deal, I just wanted my phone fixed). He said no, tried saying my boyfriend must have locked my phone on me, and told me to get out of his store. Awful service and attitude!

I went to buy a new phone and keep my phone number plus international calling. My phone service got cut off instead as did international calling and when I approached the employee October 18th to resolve the issue but instead he called me old and confused and said he didn’t care. He refused to give his name. I called customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. In-store customer service deserves a zero, but over-the-phone customer service deserves a 10/10. Give Belén a raise.

According to Google the store is supposed to open at 10am, I got to the store and they didn't open until 11am. The store employee did not show up until 11:15am. Instead of apologizing for his delay in opening the store the man shrugged and said, \\\"It's Sunday\\\". And wanted to sell upgrades instead of listening to me when I said I just wanted to pay my bill. The Metro app is not allowing me to pay online, now causing this inconvenience of having to locate a store and Metro charging an extra $5 for having to go inside a store. I should've went with Verizon like my parents told me to.
