Metro's staff seems to be trained on only what they CAN'T DO for you. The minute you walk through the door with a request other than "Buy a new phone" they are prepared to explain how they CAN'T help you. Been with Metro for 10 years. Finally time for a new carrier as there is virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company.

I have been trying to get my old phone transferred to my new phone for over a month, no one was able to help me. Frank was so kind and helpful. He made it painless to get it transferred over. I've had some very bad experiences with metro lately and I was ready to leave. Frank is the reason why I'm staying and not going to a different carrier.

Jahazak K..1998 62nd st. She went above and beyond for us to get back on the family plan.. She was awesome..We had a line we pay for not use..She did awesome and she was professional...thank u ever so much....

Have dealt with some friendly staff and they do know a lot. There have been a few sketchy situations in which pricing was not correct but overall have had good service here.

I came in to get help with my phone because it's a new device a jahaza helped me learn the device a little. I know it will take some time but. Her kindness and patience with me as I am a bit older and these new devices are so foreign to me. I always step into the store for their help. Frankie, often, Danica, you all are wonderful. And jahaza you are a gem. Thank you again.

I went into the metro store today @ 1998 62nd ave no. to get some services, my sales rep Mr. Lofton was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind over all excellent. Mr. Lofton deserves 3 thumbs up and a straight 10 in my book. Thank you Mr. Lofton.

My phone had water damage ,and I was in the strip mall with a cellphone repair place and Metro PCS right next to each other.After leaving repair place disappointed I would have to pay $120 to repair phone and wait a few days for parts to arrive. I decide to go to Metro , I wanted to stay under $250 for new phone. The manager got one for me ,I had to pay $260 (with case and block charger). He never mentioned I couldn't return it . It was a different brand than I am used to. Anyway a day and half later , I don't like my new phone and old phone magically started working correctly. I was told no returns when I went in . I was annoyed as that was never explained to me. When I left I went on Best Buy and the "great deal" I was supposed to get for the new phone I hate, was $70 cheaper there! Anyway I personally would never go back. They never explained a no return policy and that's bad business

I don't get her name but the lady working was great and helped me super fast
