I had the worst experience at this store with Manager Alexander Valdés just because I requested a SIM card. He refused to sell it without providing any reason. I called customer service from my phone, and they explained that this is illegal. He refused to talk more, threatened to call the police. Very unprofessional and lacking in manners. It's unfortunate that Metro PCS has such individuals.Manager Alexander Valdés I had the worst experience in this store only because I requested a SIM card and he told me that he was not going to sell it to me without giving me any reason. I called customer service from my phone and they explained that this is illegal, he said I didn't want to talk anymore, I called the police, how vulgar this person is and lack of education, it hurts that Metro Pcs has this type of characters

Wish I could leave no stars. I came in to help my mom get a new phone and the man working told us an initial deal that we agreed to, then said that he was going to rework the price to try to give us a free case and screen protector even though he “wasn’t allowed” to do that, then when we were about to check out the numbers had doubled and the monthly payment we were told originally increased. He kept changing the numbers and was VERY arrogant and shady. Do not trust them.

Scam artist. Sucks I have to leave star. So.. I was quoted by the Tyrone Metro $265 for 2 new phones and 3 lines to switch from Cricket. I didn’t wanted to do it at the time because one phone is for my kid for Xmas. Cut her phone off and she’s gonna know something is up. So I wait a week. Noticed this store is close to my house. Cool. Went in, wanted the same EXACT phones and plan, $460 here. I’m like ummm another store said $265. Dude was like OK. Kinda shrugged his shoulders. Tried to explain himself. Said I was going back to Tyrone store. On the way I’m thinking I miss heard original quote. Nope $265 still. Don’t go to this Metro this is a franchise that apparently likes over charging. Dude try to charge me 3 activation fees when it literally says on the say NO activation fees. And made up a bunch of other fees. I actually think he charged me a cover for walking in the door.

Metro was great and very helpful I got my first ever phone with metro and never complained the customer service was always amazing as well will definitely be back if I need any new electronics ??

What amazing service we experienced at this store. Alex and Bri went above and beyond to help us upgrade to new phone.Very patient and receptive in understanding our needs. Kudos to these two!
